Bought large laundry bags with our companies printed Logo on them. All printing on bags has peeled after first wash. Contacted the company to state concern. Company's reply was asked how the bags were washed? i.e. temp of water, detergent, etc. Not sure that is relevant as I have washed other bags from other companies without problems. But I have washed these bags in cold water without detergent and air dried and the printing still comes off. As I have bought these bags to sell to my customers, it is extremely embarrassing to have all my advertising peel off. East Port has not responded to my inquiry after their initial question and that was January 2019. As I have bought quite a few of these bags and sell them over a period of months, I am continually annoyed with the peeling letters...Do not buy anything from this company...customer service is very poor!
