Urban Calm - Sugaring and Esthetics

This was my second visit, because the first time meeting Sheila was such a wonderful experience… she is warm, very friendly & so easy to be comfortable with… she excels at what she does, and I’m only happy to share my experience with other people like I have done on my Facebook wall… prices are reasonable, service fabulous… I spent an afternoon getting pampered from head to toe and I mean head to toe… gotta love wanting to give your esthetician a hug when it is time to leave… I feel like I have made a new friend and look forward to going back… kudos to the two lovely woman who hail from the Ukraine who are trying their hardest to carve out a new life for their families… was fun rewarding them generously to help them with their plight… they were so warm and friendly…xoalso had an hour massage, eyebrow tinting

The prices at this shop can’t be beat!! Sheila was so amazing and kind, she talked me through everything and managed to keep my attention on our conversation during the process. Would 1000% recommend this shop and her services!

The day of our appointment, Sheila asked to reschedule due to health reasons which was understandable so my friend and I rebooked a few weeks later. The day of the second appointment, she asked to reschedule again due to water issues. I understand things happen but very disappointed, didn't offer any compensation.

Sheila is amazing! I booked an appointment online which was super easy & convenient. I requested her due to the great reviews & I was not disappointed. Sheila has a way of instantly making you feel comfortable. She is easy to talk to & so quick! I'll definitely be booking with her again.

She is very quick which is great for anyone who has been sugaring before!My first time was through groupon, and it was affordable and fast.

Sheila is very kind and caring when it comes to waxing/sugaring!She is welcoming and checks if your doing alright during the service. i highly recommend! :)

I’ve been trying to reschedule an appointment for a couple of days. I texted her several times (she says on her answering machine that you’ll get a quicker response that way than if you leave a message) but she has been so slow in responding that by the time she got back to me, the slot was no longer available. She did finally book me, but for the wrong day. None of the remaining slots in the next two weeks fit my schedule, so, unless I want to have hairy legs for the next three weeks, I need to go somewhere else. Problem is, she asks for a non-refundable deposit when you book an appointment, so I’ll basically lose my deposit if I go somewhere else. Very frustrating experience…
