Adam came recommended by a neighbour, and he came by as we had a raccoon in our attic, and he installed a door that allowed the raccoon to leave but not get back in. Adam was very professional and efficient, and I very much appreciated all the information he provided. He let me know about some other Wildlife issues he saw while he was working and gave me information to be able to do the work myself at home. 2 year warranty as well on the work. Will be recommending him to other neighbours that may have raccoon issues in the future.

I bought property knowing that there were signs of some mice activity. After months of failed attempts to manage it on my own, I decided to seek professional help. By this point, I had also caught a few chipmunks and a couple of red squirrels in my basement.I tried contacting a handful of the humane pest control companies in Ottawa, but it was near breeding season, so only two companies responded. Of the two, I selected one company that I thought would be a better fit to perform an inspection. Around the same time, I saw the Urban Wildlife Solution truck driving near my area and decided to give them a call too. They responded within the day and explained their pricing and strategy to me. It sounded reasonable, so I hired them for an inspection as well.The competitor spent about 10 mins to walk around my property, pointing out major entry points, and sent off their findings to head office for an official quote.When Adam from Urban Wildlife Solutions arrived, he was able to quickly identify multiple entry points for the mice, chipmunks, and squirrels. These entry points were consistent with the competitor, but Urban Wildlife Solutions had also pointed out additional areas of possible concern. The assessment never felt rushed - Adam really took his time to explain the findings and how we could address each issue. He provided a quote for the 3 additional jobs to seal the home withoutcommitment pressure, saying We've already discussed what you need to do to seal your home

Adam was extremely professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We can now enjoy our backyard (and so can our neighbours) after he safely relocated a skunk family. There are many companies out there and it’s hard to decide which route to go. Adam and his company went above and beyond our expectations to solve our smelly problem. Highly recommend, Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He resolved my elderly mothers returning raccoon issue quickly and efficiently. He also did a full roof/ house inspection to prevent further intrusions.Comparable pricing, money well spent.

I had a great experience with this company. We needed a skunk removed from under a shed. The technician arrived the next day to set a trap and the skunk was caught and removed the following day. Amazing service and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Was able to solve the issue quickly. Also came back and made the necessary repairs. We are very happy with the service provided. Great service! but at the same time we hope not to have to use his services again…. But will certainly recommend to others for any wildlife issues :)

Super well priced, great communication, same day service for trap setting and skunk pick-up/removal, knowledgeable and humane towards the animal. Don’t hesitate to work with them, they’re great.
