No idea why it takes ages to actually find an employee to help. 30 mins, for one to say 'thats not my section, everybodys on break, come back later'....thats after i went to Cus-service and watched 2 younger employees argue over who was paying for a $1.69 bottle of pop...then they both just walked away leaving 2 customwrs just looking at each other.Time to rethink how staff ate actually needed...too many walking around shilling the help asked.On a positive, yhe young chap in lain was brilliant

I am very impressed with the excellent service I received from Kent Building Supplies. I placed an online order for 10 sheets of drywall and a door on Saturday night to have it delivered to my house. I was under the impression that it could take up to a week and was willing to wait. Will to my surprise not only did it get delivered on Monday morning but the delivery guys were great and brought everything in the house. Very happy with the service.

Customer service is non-existent. Had to wait 35-40 minutes to get service at the project desk. When I finally got my order done and paid for at a seperate cash - I had to load my lumber purchase into my vehicle myself.

We decided to have out laundry room redone and I wanted to use Truss core paneling and thought I would have to order on line. But our carpenter called Kent to ask if they had it in stock but advised it would have to ordered. Given a date for arrival and it arrived when promised and delivered. We are very pleased with our new laundry room and the service we received. Thanks for being so helpful.

Was impressed that they had a nice selection of Patio Furniture in stock, then was even more impressed by the prices!! And then to top it off, the staff were helpful, courteous and even assisted us to load our items into our van! Great service
