Quiet neighborhood, friendly tenants. We feel secure here. The caretaker/building manager Irina is so nice and responds to tenant's complains right away. The building is so well maintained and cleaned like 2-3x a week. No bedbugs or cockroaches. Walking distance to groceries, Dollarama, 7/11, restaurants, etc. Roman Catholic church is just across the building. Lots of nearby schools. Only complain is they should repaint the exterior of the building and fix some of the balconies. Other than that, a good place to live!

Highly recommended residence, Rent is genuine and most important thing is management is very professional. Building manager Reena is very supportive and friendly. Good neighbourhood and almost every store is at walking distance.

Buildings are kept very clean, and there are No bed bugs, roaches or rodents! The staff is very friendly, as are the tenants. Great place to call home!
