Have a very bad experience with this company for extending my parents travel insurance. When I wanted to extend their plan Teresa charges my credit more than it was supposed to be charged!! With my follow up they gave me a ridiculous reason (because they want to extend an existing plan and it’s not a new plan!!!) They didn’t even explain it to me before they charged my card!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We called for a price quote and spoke to a woman named Cathleen. She was so unbelievably rude it was unreal. My grandmother has hearing aids and Tour Med requires a verbal confirmation of her being present. Before handing over the phone I kindly asked her if she could speak loudly as my mom can't hear very well. She responded, she better fix her hearing aids because she doesn't want to yell". Just...wow. I would suggest everyone to stay far

Was very happy with their prices. When I had to cancel our trip, a very friendly associate canceled the insurance and I had my refund in the bank the next day. Will definitely use this company again!

When I was shopping online for travel insurance, Tour+Medi was not the lowest quote. However, giving such good reviews by their customers, I decided to give it a try; even though I didn't hear this company before. I found their staff responded to customer's enquiries quickly and proactively, building up my confidence on them. Even though I didn't make any claim, I will be glad to purchase travel insurance for my next trip from them again.
