Ive been to a few dealerships before and never before have i had the experience that i had at infiniti. We bought a lot of cars in our live - but this was the worst experience ever!We bought a used car in summer and the customer service was really bad. I called upfront to get more information about the car and the person I talked to was very hard to understand and had no knowledge whatsoever.When we decided to buy the car (we had to - we needed a car and there was very little to choose from), we asked what the administration fee is for. The lady said: for staff and things". Nobody could tell us what they are for. We felt obliged to pay that fee even though it is not legal to charge that fee. The staff was very unfriendly

I was searching for a new SUV and my husband joined me to help select one. I chose to change brands due to customer service.Upon entering the Infinite Dealers Ship we were approached by the Sales Manager Darren, who acknowledged and interacted directly with me as the main buyer. While my husband was dealing with pricing, Cody Steeves approached me to ask if I had any other questions. He spend one on one time making sure all my questions were answered and if the vehicle I was considering covered all of my selection criteria. We had been considering another brand however this customer centric experience changed my mind. Cody spent the time to show me all of the features of the QX60 and to help customize features to optimize my driving safety and comfort. He sealed the deal! We also appreciated how thorough Kayla from the Accounting department was. When researching and investing in luxury vehicles it is paramount to know how to maximize on the investment and to know that if something goes wrong you can rely on the Dealer's customer support and service.
