Super Happy with the customer service. Jailan helped me pick out a beautiful ring for my mother for Christmas. Jailan was very knowledgeable of their products and very friendly. She took her time letting me look through options and wasn’t pushy to sell.

Although I was just looking and did not purchase anything, I was greeted by the most wonderful person, Jailan. Jailin was courteous and very engaging. She knew I was just looking yet treated me as if I was her best customer. I will definitely return to Mulu at the Oshawa Centre when I am ready to purchase any jewelry.

Do not shop here. I received a bracelet from here as a birthday/anniversary gift, had to take it in because it was falling off my wrist. Two weeks to get it size, then after wearing it for another 2 weeks it breaks. Another two weeks to have it fixed (which I had to pay for), my boyfriend picked it up on Wednesday this week and now 2 stones have fallen out. I would not recommend shopping here.

No doubt, I loved the ring design but the quality is too bad. I bought both the rings the same day and I wear them everyday. The one with the green stone is from Mulu and the other ring is from Swarovski. The Mulu one was for $165 and $130 for the one from Swarovski. The ring is still the same and shiny because the diamonds are good quality and the Mulu one was $30 more and still you can see that the shine is totally gone as well as one of the diamonds came out… Why do you guys charge so much if you can give the quality accordingly. Stop making people regret shopping from your store!
