Muskoka boat gallery went above and beyond to help me fix my new boatWhen I hit a piece of floating dock with nails in it.They assessed the boat the same dayAnd promptly got a quote for my insurance company.There costumer service is the best in all of muskoka.I have had run ins with every other marina up there Pride marine Gordon’s bay marina and SWS.Unless your a billionaire or bought your boat from them they act like you don’t exist let alone help you in any kind of way.This is the only place to get your service or purchasing boats should be.As for the late fall repairs they also stored winterized and wrapped my boat for winter. I thought my boat was a total write off with all the fins gone and holes in the hull. When I got my boat back you could never tell anything ever happened to it.Thanks again to Logan and your team of professionals you have working for you.

Had a great experience ordering/purchasing an NXT20 through Cory Mountain. It was ordered during the pandemic, so there were lots of trials and tribulations, but we finally received delivery this past July. Although we did experience some issues with the boat, MBG were quick to remedy these issues.

The staff at Muskoka Boat Gallery are fabulous to deal with and very courteous. I am very impressed with the excellent service and kindness provided by the entire team from sales to the entire service department. They are always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

Logan, ty and everyone went above and beyond to repair our boat when we dead headed a log. The staff and service was unreal and I can't recommend them enough. The best is Muskoka, hands down.

I’ve spent 20 years boating, I’ve bought boats worth millions of dollars from Turkey point to Owen sound up to Muskoka, and this is absolutely the only Boat place ever call me back, not rip me off and go over and above to include me in their family. It’s a family owned business, and they really put the work in to ensure maximum satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to buy a boat, no matter what.

Just wanted to share my experience with having a boat serviced.In the past I have had several boats requiring maintenance, some easy and others not so easily completed. It is my understanding that every MasterCraft dealer has successfully fulfilled their obligation to complete all repairs in a quick and qualified manner. I don't understand why some people seem to think that all problems can be fixed in the now.After reading some of the poor reviews about Muskoka Boat Gallery I would like to ask one question to those dissatisfied customers.Was the service really that poor to make you rate a business with a one star and then slam them and all of the great people that tried and would continue to try to make sure that your boat was in proper working order???Really??I have travelled to Tennessee to visit the plant where they make these beauties and have delt with MC dealerships in Tennessee, Missouri, Michigan, Quebec, Alberta and Ontario.simply said.. They are all represented with fantastic people that are willing to go the extra miles for their customers.I have owned several MC's and would buy and probably will buy another.As for the crew at Muskoka Boat Gallery, you guys ROCK!For the negative people that write poor reviews about a business like Muskoka Boat Gallery...take a look in a mirror...Hmmm not so perfect!Adding to my experience at MBG, I would like to thank Allison and Krystal for their expertise in doing their job. These girls demonstrate proffesional skills that any business would envy.
