Wow wow wow! So pleased with my two hair cuts and colours with Isabelle. Although she is a junior stylist at Natural Evolution, she is very talented and already cuts like a pro. She is also an excellent listener, which helps when communicating new style ideas. I’m so excited to continue my journey to “embrace my gray” with Isabelle!

Great salon, Kimberley is wonderful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the salon does not do free bang trims between haircuts. I was very disappointed to hear this since my bangs grow quickly so, unfortunately, I may have to search for a new salon that does. This is the first time I have come across a salon that doesn't.

This was my first time at this salon, and I hadn't had my haircut for a long time. I saw ML, and she seemed to instinctively know what to do with my hair. I am so happy with my haircut! I was even happier to see they really do walk the talk for sustainability, as they do refills for Loma shampoo and conditioner, among other things. I have definitely found my new hairdresser :)

I am always happy with my hair. Autumn is punctual, professional, calm, precise & so talented. You can tell she has passion for her career and she works incredibly hard to make sure all of her guests are well taken care of. I love the vibe of the salon, you can tell there is a real connection between all of the stylists.

The team at this salon is excellent, always responsive and talented. I highly recommend them for any of your hair needs!

I've had my hair cut with Kimberly a couple of times and I was really happy each time. She is confident with her scissors! I have long, thick, straight hair and it's not every hair stylist that can cut straight hair well. You have to be precise because you can't hide any mistakes in straight hair! Kim cut in lots and lots of layers as I requested and my hair has beautiful movement now. I am very happy to have found Kimberly.

At 64 years of age I can say without a doubt that Autumn is the best stylist I’ve had ever. Professional, knowledgeable and always a perfectionist. The salon is beautiful, comfortable, always a great experience.

Received my first haircut from Kimberly yesterday afternoon and when I say I was incredibly pleased I was beyond happy. It had been around 3/4 years since I last had gotten my hair cut/styled. She was very thoughtful when it came to listening to what I was looking for and attentive. Kimberly did an absolutely wonderful job on my hair, i’m looking forward to going back. As sometimes I have a hard time trusting others with my hair. This salon carries everything with kindness. Absolutely wonderful place to get hair done.

I had an uncomfortable situation happen 2yrs ago with a colour that I went back to be corrected. I had asked for balayage and left with visible streaks the started from the roots of the top of my hair. For the correction the stylist just used toner to try and cover it. I ended up buying box dye and coloured over the whole thing two weeks later. That was $350. Today I went in for a restyle primarily to get straight across fringe bangs. The owner checked in before the cut to make sure it’s what I wanted. Which I assume is because there was a note saying I had been unhappy in the past. After trying to convince me I should start with curtain bangs, I said I wanted straight across bangs. After the cut they were pretty thin but my hair is fine so I figured that was just how my hair was. The owner came to check and said if I wanted there is room on the sides to thicken the bangs up, to which I said yes I was wondering if that could be done. She proceeds to tell me that they won’t do that today, that I need to wait to see how I like having bangs first and come back for another appt if I want to thicken them and commit. I’m not sure why I went back here after my first experience. The owner was really condescending and clearly believes I’m a “problem” customer. I won’t be back after being treated this way. Being told I need to pay for another cut instead of adjusting it today was confusing, made me feel uncomfortable and not heard.I have to add that the stylist who was new there did a great job and I do love it but wish it would have been adjusted at the end like I wanted. Not her fault though.
