Accutech Appliance Service

Although my dishwasher isn't fixed yet (Luke will be coming tomorrow) I know we made the right choice with AccuTech. I called another repair company in town and was never called back, but AccuTech called back and scheduled an appointment the same day! Extremely friendly receptionist as well...excellent customer service, I'm sure the repair will be equally the same! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

It turns out this repair place is very close to my house. He came first to look at an appliance and gave info and advise without charging.. The second time he was called his service call was well worth it as he fixed quickly and knew what he was doing. Thank You

Jordan was great! He was courteous and professional. He fixed our gas cooktop starter issues in no time. He even showed me how to perform maintenance myself so that I wouldn’t need to call him for this same issue in the future. I would recommend Accutech to anyone needing a repair that is within their range of services. There was another review on here that complained about Jordan’s opinion and I will say that Jordan was correct. My two cents.

Our fridge went on the fritz and we had spent $3200 to buy it. I contacted Accutech Appliances for help and they were so great! Their technician Jordan came out to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He reassured us that it was the best to fix the problem on the fridge rather then buying a new one. He came the following week and quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. He made sure to explain the process to me and also cleaned up everything for us. I had also told him that our dishwasher was not draining well and without hesitation he took a look at it and cleared a clog in out line and it drains perfectly again. I am so thankful for the amazing service that this company and Jordan gave our family. We have a very hectic schedule and they worked around it for us.

Jordan went above and beyond to get our wall oven fixed, when the part was no longer available - he rebuilt the old one. Tjhanks for the great service

Both my washing machine and oven needed to be fixed. I was extremely happy with how Jordan explained everything and the work he did to repair both appliances. The cost for parts and service were also very reasonable!! I would highly recommend Accutech to anyone looking to have their appliance's fixed or serviced!!

I am new to the community and called AccuTech based on proximity and the on line reviews and was very pleased with the service. The technician came out on the same day and had my Samsung dryer back in business within an hour. I love to watch people work when they are so good at what they do! Very nice people to boot!

Tech came by and repaired our fridge, office staff who helped us on the phone was amazing, great solid company, highly recommend!!

The tech was kind, he did take the time to explain what was going on with the dryer. He took it apart in an attempt to repair it, but it couldn't be repaired (not his fault, wasn't worth fixing) but he leaves it in pieces instead of putting it back together. I still need it one piece to take it out of my house, extremely frustrating. Not to mention that they had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute, again frustrating. I understand that things happen that are out of their control but they could have been nicer about it.
