Kids Kingdom Daycare and Play Centre

This place is small and reasonably priced. The food is disgusting and the bathrooms were also disgusting!!! I went today when they opened and it was so dirty. The arcade half of the games were out of order. The fries we ordered were really disgusting undercooked and the oil was really old. I also noticed in the jungle gym there was a huge piece of netting ripped and could be dangerous that I reported to staff.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went there with my 5 year old son (not our choice but friends were going) after 3 HORRIFIC birthday party experiences there. Ordered ice cream bites they had posters for all over to be told they have it but it had fully melted and they refroze it so it’s no longer bites if I was okay with that.. absolutely disgusting. Not 10 minutes later I’m looking for my son in the structure to see that he is walking out the FRONT DOOR and had been buzzed out of the gate WITHOUT AN ADULT!!!!! When asked how this was allowed all I was told was a weak “sorry”. I asked to speak with management or an owner then was informed that neither management or owner work on the weekend. THE BUSIEST DAY OF THE WEEK AND NO ONE BUT TEENAGERS ARE LEFT IN CHARGE. When calling later in the afternoon I was told the owner just had surgery and there was no one I can talk to but the supervisor Ryan. After speaking with him I was told he would speak with owner and call me right back. After 2 hours I called back only to be told Ryan would no longer take my calls and to email the owner (the one who I was told had surgery and is not taking calls or emails) when I asked AGAIN to speak with Ryan to discuss the situation I was hung up on and would not answer any phone calls afterwards. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My son could have been hit by a car in the parking lot or worse. This “business” (if you can even call it that) should be ashamed and shut down!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. IT IS NOT WORTH THR DANGER OF UN-TRAINED PERSONNEL AND HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP.Edited to add that my husband went in to speak with someone in hopes to resolve the situation. He was laughed at and told “NOT MY KID, NOT MY PROBLEM”. and then threaten cops would be called if he didn’t leave. Which he did. What a great motto you have for a kids play place.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

My children have gone here a few times with their friends and they've always had a very fun time. Today we went there for a birthday party and it was very fun and really well-organized. Everything you need for a great kids party is available. The venue was very clean and the staff we're friendly and very professional. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

There’s not a better spot to bring your kids whether it be for a birthday party or an afternoon of fun! Place is awesome, great service, very clean, and the staff are super friendly!

This location was horrible. After spending $600 + on a birthday party it was horrible…Staff walking around on their phones when they should be supervising children safety , staff lying about how many kids waiting in line for a turn on bouncy castle so that they don’t have to take ownership of children getting hurt kids being let out of a birthday party without adult signing child out on the list, no one seems to know what they are doing , the cupcakes were horrible that the kids didn’t even eat , other kids going into our party room and taking tokens, no ice in there ice machine ..the only thing the staff know how to do is take your money .The token machine rips you off taking 3 tickets and giving you credit for 1 ticket, if you don’t have an adult with you most kids wouldn’t know. The washrooms were disgusting I would not suggest this location at all. They really need lessons on customer service and how to run a business, the reason they are there is because people are paying for a service…The only good thing about this location I have to say is the cheese pizza which was good …The manager found it surprising how there could be so many problems in a 2hr event she thought it fitting to give me 10 free visits for all the problems that occurred during a birthday party, why would I even want to go back to such a horribly run location ! There was just to much and then for the manager to question my concerns..Save your money and take your kids somewhere else, if the business was a good one they would have reimbursed money spent and given free vouchers at this horrible location to try to save the customer to return and educated there staff on their roles and responsibilities and how to make sure kids are having fun and being safe !!!!

Went here with my family on a Saturday morning. We were greeted with very friendly receptionists and given the rundown without asking as it was our first time. The place was clean, not too busy, and I felt very safe letting my kids do their own thing.The worker at the slide was interacting with my child and made him feel welcome. Food was delicious too! Price was pretty good for the experience we got.

Love this place and so does my kids! Super close to us and way cheaper than cosmic, my kids love playing the “lucky duck” claw machine after each visit, the staff and the owner is amazing as well!

It was very Dirty, the baby section has paint peeling off of the toys which is a safety concern. It is not well maintained, the staff are not friendly and the coin machines don’t work. When you let the staff know they say it’s “ been picky” and don’t offer any other solutions. Left with super disappointed kids and honestly wouldn’t go back even if it didn’t cost $40 for an infant, one child and an adult to enter. Save your money and time

KANATA LOCATION 100X BETTER.I would give it 0 stars but Google won't allow that.I came so my older son could play with his family- my younger son is disabled and the lady at the desk charged him $20.. he's in a wheelchair and can't even sit up on his own and hes SIX!. I'm beyond disgusted with this place, accessible" where? The lady at the desk was so rude too. Never coming back ever again. Don't recommend even if you're bringing a disabled child to not even partake in the structure."

Extremely disappointed with our experience for our son's birthday partyWe paid over $350 for 1 hour in the play structure and 1 hour in the room. The cupcakes weren't good (the kids didn't even eat them) we couldn't bring our own balloons so we paid to have some and guess what?! They removed the $1.25 stand because we couldn't take it home with us so we had to cut the strings and my son was very upset.My son opened his gifts then had 45 minutes to kill but weren't allowed back in the structures so our party host attempted to keep our kids occupied with games but kids weren't allowed to run in the room and music was being played from the lady's cellphone while there was a huge tv in the room that could have kept the kids entertained with just dance or something.I will never book a party there again or take my kids back to kids kingdom.
