I could not be more impressed with this company, Mandy specifically, since she's the person I dealt with. I'm an interior decorator in Burlington and I was trying to find a retailer with excellent pricing that I could purchase Karndean luxury vinyl tiles from. Board of Your Flooring has the best prices I could find, and I was able to place my order over the phone and pick up at the Burlington warehouse of the supplier. Part of my order was not in stock, and Mandy took my concerns seriously. She arranged for the rest of my order to be couriered from the US so as not to delay the renovation of my client's home. She saved my skin! I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future. One day when I'm in the area, I plan to stop in and meet this lovely person :)

Had them install carpet years ago, it still looks great. The price was a little on the high side by comparison but I was willing to pay the extra for their excellent service. I will use them again if ever I need flooring.

Board of Your Flooring has been our go to flooring store since 2008 for a number of remodeling projects. They carry high quality products you won’t find in a big box store. We got excellent service and products for our flooring and bathroom tiles. Mandy is very knowledgable and has a great showroom with lots of variety and high quality products. She is professional and obviously enjoys her work, making it fun to work with her. Highly recommend!

The level of customer service I received here was unlike anything I've experienced before. After purchasing flooring I went back and ordered transition pieces. However I never got around to picking them up to install. No joke, more then a year later, I contacted them to see if they still had them by any chance. I really wasn't expecting them to, or even remember who I was. However to my surprise Mandy remembered me and infact still had the transition pieces, even after moving their business to a new building across town. I highly recommend Board Of Your Flooring!

Fantastic company to deal with , incredibly patient with us as we decided what flooring to go with . Quoted us and explained everything step by step.A company can get a 5 star review when things go smoothly a GREAT company gets 5 stars when there are a few “bumps” in the road . There where a couple issues with back ordered product and a few issues installing the floor on our main level ( I think it’s expected in a 70 year old home to find some stuff ) my point is Mandy , Doug and the team they had at my house simply made it happen. Floors got installed , issues taken care of and done !!Want to add the installers where very polite , understanding , answered all my questions and where very clean and organized, sweeping up and putting all there tools cleaned up at the end of every day.I won’t be referring Board if your floors , but telling everyone it’s the only place for your flooring needs !!

If you want to hire someone who’s been around the block and knows how to do it right the first time, with quality products and a quality install team - get your floors from this place. I believe they do kitchens as well. Covid delayed my bathroom floors from being installed due to back orders and there were, to be transparent, some changes to my install dates. However even with all the delay the work they do completely makes up for any delays. Mandy is fabulous.
