Warning ! Stay away from this company , you will never receive your car , they are the most unreliable company . Vey rude people they should not be in business .

Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company , especially if you value your cargo !! Terrible customer service...

Very unprofessional company to deal with. Do not recommend at all!We had a truck transported from Newfoundland to Saskatchewan. The truck was sent with 2 key fobs and only arrived with one. Akita has provided very contradicting stories, but long story short, they kept one and said that they were only sent with 1, after initially saying they recieved 2 from the sender. The truck also arrived with exterior damage and mud inside the cab. When trying to resolve these issues with Akita, they have accused us for lying, have hung up the phone, swore and said 'call someone who cares'. Very poor customer service and ability to help come to an agreement or resolution.

Been waiting 6 days for a quote to transport cross Canada. Found a different company. Got back to me the same day. Used them instead.

Worst company we ever met with. We booked a load with them from New Brunswick to Virginia and we wait there for 5 hours and later on they cancelled the load and said they are not gonna pay anything for that. The load was booked on 27th of March and today this guy is jocking that then truck is till there!!!? and offering a new load. Don't work with this company ever. These guys book the load first and later on cancel it if they gets other carrier at cheaper rate.
