Went to get my nails done before a trip and will have to go get it fixed while away. I really wanted this to be my new go-to salon, but I left disappointed. The color applied is uneven, leaving certain nails with a portion lighter and others more saturated with the nail polish. Plus, the nails are badly shaped under the side of the nails. At the very least, they have amazing customer service, but the product itself lack when it comes to nail polish application and the eveness under the nails.Called to get a solution, got hangup on, than nothing could be done because won’t be in town.

Betty is handsdown the best manicurist in East Montreal. Her work is sharp, detail oriented and so close to the reference picture you’d think she was the original artist. I’ve been enjoying her experienced work for 2 years now and will continue to go to Ongles J&T whenever I can!

First of all, they did the nail pretty good. But I just do not understand their appointment rules. I tried to make an appointment and I wait for extra 50 mins. I thought they was like first come first serve. This time I came 5:15 and they close at 6, they told me no appointment so they cannot spend 20mins to help me take the nails off. Really disappointed

What can I say! This place is fantastic, I turned up without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, and they managed to accommodate me for a pedicure. I went in with tired old feet and left feeling 10 years younger with rejuvenated feet. Tina was very gentle and attentive to my needs. I will definitely be back.

Called at 1:30 pm, was given an appointment the same day at 3:45 pm. I had previously gone to another salon that had done a very poor job at a gel pose and needed them fixed. Karen (I think was her name) listened to me and understood what I wanted and she proceeded to give me exactly what I asked. She was focused only on my nails (the nail tech from the other salon was working on my nails and two other girls at the same time). She was kind and funny. I highly recommend this salon. Their price are fair and their staff is very kind. This will be my go to salon from now on.

Excellent service! Seriously I feel blessed to have made the discovery of this salon.Recommend to get feet and nails done. The nails are just very well executed with a love for detail that as a perfectionist, I appreciate very much. Followed by this exceptional massage chair while you get your feet done… by the way thank you for always finding a solution to fit me into your schedule.

My new favorite place of all time! My set stayed for more than a month. Ask for Betty she is the best for design. They are all so sweet. I really like to go see them. CALL THEM FOR AN APPOINTEMENT!!!

My sister and I got our nails done here and they did so well! Pretty good price too, 65 for the pink/green set and 60 for the purple set :) Both technicians paid attention to all the little details and the designs turned our great. Only thing, my sister said the girl was a little rough with her hand but overall it was a good experience!
