I couldn’t be happier with this team. When my heat pump died, they were efficient in getting it remedied. I couldn’t be home when it was installed, without my asking, they sent me photos taken throughout the process. When my other (condo) heat pump goes, BlackRock will be my first choice.

I got my furnace replaced last month by the BlackRock team and I am very happy with the result and high level of service. I was impressed that over our Skype Conversation, Orest was able to estimate the price, make a list of all required materials, and guide me to measure all custom ducts. The BlackRock crew arrived on time and showed the highest level of professionalism by protecting all the surfaces, cleaning after themselves, and meticulous attention to details. Even my realtor was impressed with their quality of work and told me that I got a great deal for the amount of work that was done.I would highly recommend BlackRock HVAC.

Orest is great to deal with! I know a little about HVAC but I had an issue with my furnace that was beyond me. Although he was too busy to come to my house, he helped me late on a Friday night over the phone and helped me solve the issue. I would definitely recommend BlackRock HVAC.

BlackRock basically had carte blanche to replace our entire HVAC unit but when they came to do that, found that it was simply a wiring issue so didn't replace. It cost less than 10% of what I expected. You can't have a better supplier than that.

They are well priced especially when you look at their workmanship compared to other companies. My boiler room is one of the best rooms in my house because of how nicely they built and perfected my system.
