The 3 woman at the service desk are the rudest and most ignorant people and have no desire to be helpful. They should not have jobs facing the public and should be loading trucks or stocking shelves! Astonishing to me they have jobs let alone jobs serving the public.

I have been purchasing from here since 2008.The front counter staff has changed over the years which is normal in any business, but the customer service has always been top notch. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, honest and maintains a very personable customer approach. It feels like a local small town hardware store customer service approach despite servicing many clients.Their product line is vast. They carry things that many other suppliers do not, whether it be Big Orange cleaners, sheet metal fabrication, odd roofing tools, copper soldering torchers and such, you can find it there.Five stars in my book.Recently purchased DaVinci Synthetic Slate and they had the samples I needed to present to my client. Enrique has always been attentive and professional on follow ups.

The last west end city roofing supply. Great metal work and custom bends made for your job. Best price on shingles in the GTA. You can't by Kop-R-Lastic at Home Depot. Nails by the pound pricing nobody can match. Roof top weather vanes and turbine vents galore. Black, brown, chocolate, white, green and copper...they can get you anything you want and in a very reasonable time frame. The ladies that work here are all so very attractive, which is odd but kind of awesome. Old school roofing supplies, get it while you can. Someday there will be a condo here...

I phoned about a small quantity of product and the lady was very knowledgeable and prompt. When I went to pick up the material all the order desk ladies were efficient and knowledgeable. After paying I took my sales slip to the yard and was served in a few minutes with the shipper apologising for holding me up. Heck, I wait long than that for a coffee at Tim's. Be well and prosper.

Fast service. You never stay or wait more than a minute or two on the line for ordering. Stocks and availability of products are amazing here. Prices of Roof products are competitive however, i find aluminum and metal prices are 5 to 10% more expensive. Overall i use this supplier at least once a week happily.
