I went in for a Medusa piercing and I was super super nervous. The lady that pierced me helped me calm down and made sure I was fully ready before she even started touching my lips. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very patient. The owners are great.

Today, December 10th at around 17h20, I went to buy a nose piercing as I lost mine. I do not really care for good costumer service, but as I got there I got greeted" by the rudest employee ever. I told her I was looking for a nose piercing and she just replied "they're all there"

Fabrizio was amazing! i walked in spontaneously to get my bridge pierced and was greeted very professionally. he answered all of my questions and was honest with his opinion. he was attentive to every detail - the longest part in all of it was making sure the dots were straight on the bridge of my nose. extremely happy with my experience ⭐️
