Val did an amazing job hosting the Lakeside retreat, I was very happy with everything.I really enjoyed relaxing near the water while doing our yoga classes.

Inner Devotion Yoga
I attended one of the free Inner Calm Christmas Yoga classes and throughly enjoyed the experience! I am not a person who does yoga and was always afraid I would be lost should I ever go to a yoga class. Valerie, explained each move as she was doing it and made it very easy to follow. Her voice is very calming and gives great words of advice as she is teaching. As nervous as I was when I first arrived, I was stress free and surprised at how great I felt. I would highly recommend Inner Devotion to those who are new or curious about yoga or even those who are experienced. Loved the class, thank you!

Highly recommend signing up for the yoga retreat! Valerie creates a truly welcoming environment for any level of experience. She has a wonderful ability to communicate cues effectively while maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Can’t wait for the next retreat!

Inner Devotion Yoga
This was my first ever yoga class and I was very anxious going in knowing I didn't know how to do the poses. Well that all changed once I went through the doors and smelt the calming inscents and heard soft music. I was then welcomed with open arms and a smile. This was her holiday class so she had decorations and a beautiful display of treats for everyone to enjoy. In the class Valerie explained every pose that we were doing so it was very easy to follow along. Her voice was calming and reassuring. I showed up feeling anxious and left feeling light and calm. I highly recommend Inner Devotion Yoga and I can't wait to go back. Thank you!

Inner Devotion Yoga
Val, hosted a truly relaxing yoga retreat, creating a welcoming environment for all. Her teaching style is informative for all levels of yogis. I was thoroughly impressive by all the details like assists with positioning, massage, essential oils, not to mention the yummy food! The property was a gorgeous venue and all were made to feel at home. I would love to part take again and would recommend to anyone needing some self-love.

Val is a great teacher. It's easy to see how much she loves what she is doing. Her easy sense of humour and funny stories make the the whole experience so enjoyable.
