Ontario Travel Well

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions (there were many!) Highly recommend Ontario Travel Well and Ms Meyer RPN.

I would never consider any foreign travel without consulting Elizabeth at Ontario Travel Well first!! She is a wealth of information and helped to properly prepare us for our trip.

I spontaneously booked travel to Punta Cana at the beginning of February, and I was very fortunate to have found this clinic at short notice to get all the necessary prescriptions before travel! Elizabeth was very responsive and accommodating for my request to have a virtual consult and was very friendly, informative and highly knowledgeable about my holiday destination. The pharmacy that is affiliated with her clinic was also very fairly priced. I would recommend her to everyone :)

I had an appointment with this clinic which was apparently telephonic but not communicated to me by the nurse prior to appointment booking or in their booking emails (screenshots). I showed up at the clinic and tell the receptionist I have appointment and they also make me sit and don’t tell me it is télé appointment. The nurse herself calls me and when I express my concerns she goes off at me with very rude and personal remarks such as “you are being miserable, you have attitude, you are not organized”. She kept talking in a yelling tone telling me she was doing me a favor because I do not have a family physician. Not having a family physician is not my fault, it’s this country’s healthcare system. That’s why I was paying her for this service. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. A nurse should not be this rude and non-empathetic.

We received nothing short of excellent service from Ontario Travel Well. Elizabeth worked outside regular hours to accommodate our urgent travel requirements and she provided the much needed guidance for our trip.

Got great advice for our trip to Egypt and applicable prescriptions. Elizabeth demonstrated great flexibility, which was much appreciated, on appointment time with me and my husband so that we could take it from home on an evening when we were both there.

Virtual consultation was rapidly arranged. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful. Follow up vaccinations were soon completed at no cost. I’m now all set for my Bahamas vacation

I enjoyed my consultation and found it personal, appropriate, and helpful. The follow-up information by email and letter concerning the syringes I carry for methotrexate concerning treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis were both just what I needed.
