Terrible help from Matt as per always when calling in. It has been a few years now and that guy has had the same attitude and care factor. The only time I have ever heard the guy somewhat happy is when all info and details are given to him for an easy sale.We will continue to use your guys competitors for the excellent service they provide!

I'm a company and have used them for years and spent good money, now they charge more than retail on everything. Do your research and look there stuff up it's over priced.Went down the road and saved $80 on $200 transaction. That's retail costsBeware they will take you for a ride.

Called there to source a product. Transferred to a different department. Put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. Called back and eventually got through. Sent my employee to pick up my part with the PO# and total confusion. Took my guy over an hour to get a part we pre-ordered. Avoid these guys at all costs.

disc brake kit problems. i am wholesale customer and continually the staff do not have a care in the world. disc brake kit 2 years ago was quoted a price and 2 week timeline. very specific about the things i wanted. received the kit in 6 weeks. missing all e-brake components. asked for those parts to be expedited. they said no. have to wait for a stock order. TWO MONTHS, on top of the already 4 week delay. Then they charged extra shipping on their mistake as well. Crazy. 2 years later we decided to give them another shot. called last week for a disc brake kit. no call back. Called today for info. No quote saved nobody knows anything about it and no time to check into it". MOPAC IT IS from now on."

Where to start, if i could make a negative star i would. My company has TRIED to buy off Dix for years with painful results, from a website that does not function or process orders/payments to never getting tracking info and making call after call to get the info you need saving 15-30 bucks does not add up to any savings in my world. Then when i closed our account they canceled our order (without us knowing and it was prepaid) which was a drop-ship order and had the nerve to call our customer not only did this make them look bad and desperate it was pure childish.  take my advice and shop elsewhere 110% joke!

Bought a bran new dui Hei marine distributor for my 351pcm installed and it was wobbling on start up pulled it out and to find the shaft had .020thou run out not happy after spending almost 500 dollars cad serial number 123337
