Worst customer service I have ever seen!!!Three customers waiting in line at customer service, 4 men behind counter, one one phone, 2 working of computer and 1 walking around. Three other employees walked passed us, none of the seven acknowledged us, just ignored us completely.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MYLES. This company had the best parts guy in this province and they worked him like a dog and treated him like garbage. Now he’s gone and I’m lucky if I only waste $40 a week in fuel coming back to this place for wrong parts. There’s an older gentleman named Rob. Rob I thank you For being upbeat happy and polite every time I come here. The short gray haired old man with glasses needs an absolute beginners lesson in customer service. as a customer That spends thousands of dollars a week here it shouldn’t be hard to at the bare minimum get zero attitude. I try to be polite always till I’m greeted with sighs and arm tosses. Cmon guys. I want this place to be awesome but it’s so hard when you feel like your just a Nuisance to the staff. For example Today we picked up airbags and we were charged for hardware which we’ve never been charged for hardware. Got home and found out the hardware was wrong. Prolly why we were charged because it wasn’t right none of the bolts fit. Drove back to get the right hardware. then Old gray hair guy goes off about it’s extra. The hardware we needed the proper hardware was then given to us with the airbags because it’s the proper hardware. Hopefully we can see a change here. Again thank you Rob and we miss Myles

Have everything you need but expect to wait 20 minutes for any help or to purchase anything. Everyones too busy taking calls.

Always a great place to pick up your truck parts. This place is like the Walmart for truckers it has everything. They even have a few things that you never knew you always needed. The staff is helpful and friendly I always stop at Fort Garry because they have a great reputation Coast to Coast

Cancelled their frequent buyer points program. Removed my points that had been earned from my account. When questioned about it there was total indifference from the sales person. I am questioning my loyalties to this company ..... they are not the only game in town.
