Since the beginning of the pandemic and working from home, I've always wanted to grow my own herbs at home on a larger scale than a single planters; I recommend visiting this place in person if your just setting for the first time. I really liked physically seeing the size and scale of the growing trays that would fit my space at home.The staff were really helpful with giving me some tips with setting up an optimal irrigation system and drainage. Although the store is quite a drive for me, I appreciate that they have a online website where I can order and get things I need to sustain my herb growing setup.They have a much better specialized selection of products that I can not find at normal big box retail stores.

Dennis was Super helpful! I had no idea where to start and after 20 minutes I had everything I needed. Setup for harvest soon.

My new go to when needs be. Wide variety of products, nice setup, very professional. If there is something you want that they don't carry, they'll make sure to get it.

I've had a few interactions with Plantwell at this point. Solid product selection, competitive pricing and top notch customer service.Whenever I shop i try to shop small, from knowledgeable people who show passion. Plantwell fits that description well.

10/10 for customer service. I ran into some product issues with my order (At no fault of PlantWell) and called in to let them know, after a few discussions and me being indecisive on what action to take a resolution was reached and the level of service afforded has earned them a repeat customer when I need supplies again. As far as I can tell - this is a small business who actually cares. For that reason they'll have my support.

Stopped by today for the first time to grab some thing's, All I can say is what a amazing place it was to walk into!!! The staff was awesome!!! They had exactly what I needed for a great price. I even asked some questions about their opinion on a product, not only did they give their honest opinion they threw me a free sample of it to try out!! And he was going to help carry some of the items to my car.A++++ PLACE AND SERVICECan't wait to go back HIGHLY Recommend

This place really demonstrates why small businesses is the way to go. They really take their time to listen to your issues and they tailor a solution for you to optimize your gardening needs.Sometimes your problem is very specific to your garden and there isn't a one size fits all solution. These guys are the experts and their experience really makes a difference. If you don't have a lot of time for trial and error and just want to get it right the first time, I would recommend coming here. It doesn't hurt that they are super friendly too!
