Nice rings at a good price point but customer service was disappointing. Be careful! If you do not order the correct size, you can exchange for a different size ring, but you are responsible for return shipping to and from the atelier. This policy was not stated clearly when I contacted the company and asked for guidance exchanging my order to the correct size, so I was really surpised when I ended up paying a fair amount in return shipping fees. Purchases of pre-made rings in the wrong sizes will not be accepted for return and reimbursement either.

Just received my beautiful earrings and mask chain. May not have many places to go these days, but I still love to wear earrings. Love supporting Canadian artists.

I was very excited when i found this company. I try to encourage local shopping. But sadly, the quality is simply not what it should be for the price point. Two of the earrings kept falling out so used another set of “backs” which usually does the trick but not with theirs. Their bracelet clamp broke after 2 weeks, but since bracelets are always tricky, I replaced it myself. but then the bracelet itself broke (one of the links). Their ring with a pearl like set chips. It literally looks like a bunch of layers of pearly paint. One of my necklaces broke today (my mistake i bought A BUNCH of their jewelry, i should have tested a couple pieces before splurging). I legit can only wear one of their rings still. I first reached out to them about my bracelet issues but they were not cooperative so I chose not to try when the other stuff started falling apart. I spent a decent amount of $ so it’s disappointing as I usually go ride or die with the local companies i discover. All my clothes are from this little shop in my town, all my bagels, coffee and baguettes from the bakery on my way to work, etc. Their jewelry is cute though which made me wanna buy all of it

I saw a Valentine’s Day sale advertised on rings and was delighted to see that there was a physical store in Montreal since I didn’t know my ring sizes. Although the sale was over on Valentine’s Day, I got a great selection of beautiful rings made in Montreal in their store/local which I got to see. Happy to purchase jewelry locally made and the service was great, I was offered a small discount given the website glitch and I now know my ring sizes! I’ll be purchasing online in the future, quality is very good at the price point.

I purchased 3 necklaces and 1 anklet. Love all 4 of them. Good quality, nice color gold, sturdy and unique. I've worn them for a few months and they are in perfect shape, no tarnishing, fading or breaking. Experienced great service and will purchase again in the future.
