I am a tall 210 pound body builder, it is essentially impossible to find anything that fits me, especially my legs. Lucky for me, Mauro assisted me. Mauro, without any hesitation, let me know that for my body type I would need to have my suit and pants all custom made. Mauro quickly took my measurements and came up with a plan for all my outfits. Within a few weeks my items arrived in and fit me perfectly. Without a doubt the best shopping experience I have ever had, all thanks to Mauro's experience and skill.

His attentiveness, extensive knowledge, and friendly demeanor truly made my shopping experience memorable. Just a quick shout out to Devin Kouri at Harry’s Bloor St Store. He’s been assisting me for the past 6 months or so, and he’s always a pleasure to work with! He never fails to put together some great options to choose from, and has a great eye for material, colour and fit. He’s also willing to make that extra effort. For example, once when I was in a time pinch, he personally dropped off a purchase to my home. Thanks Devin!

Pat is the sweetest, most genuine and the most helpful person ever! He helped with my father’s suit for my wedding, and also with my fiancé’s tuxedo. He was so attentive, and friendly, and it was evident that he really cares for his clients! I’m honoured that he helped us out for the big day, and really value all his efforts towards making things special for me and my family!

Mauro is the man. After a many exceptionally poor experiences at different Harry’s locations, I’m pleased to say Mauro is a class act. While I’m located in Guelph, I decided to give the Bloor location a shot despite having closer boutiques to me. After sifting through 30 different associates on the website for Bloor, I could tell Mauro had the swagger required to get the job done. From greeting me at the door for our first fitting, to the delivering my suits by hand all the way to my car, flawless. He’s extremely personable and it’s evident that he is a master of his craft after many decades of experience. Despite his tenure in the business, he is always up to date with current trends and styles which is an essential trait to have in his role. I won’t say anymore, you’ll have to get the service yourself to experience it. Special shout-out to Faustin for always ensuring I’m pleased with their service and checking in with me frequently.

Have had the pleasure of dealing exclusively with Devin Cockburn at the Bloor Street location over the past year. Devin is tremendously talented in putting together versatile pieces that can all be combined together to create multiple and unique looks often garnering compliments from people who appreciate unique style and take notice. Devin is also extremely patient and will often spend 2-3 hours with me comprehensively going through various items without ever making me feel rushed or putting any pressure to purchase any particular piece. In my experience all aspects of Devin’s comportment have been first class and he is the reason why I shop exclusively at this location. Highly recommended.

Mauro Reda at the Yorkville location helped me design and size a suit and a tux for my wedding-- not only was he professional, knowledgable, and creative, he also made it happen on a rather tight timeline. Definitely worth looking into made-to-measure if you can work with him (Steph is great too!).
