The Paul Davis team have helped us along the way, they're quite accommodating, supportive and constantly updated us of the status of the project by either email, text, or call. The whole crew are generally friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. Glad they are our insurance partner contractor.

Had water pipe broke that did damage to our basement at our house. Paul Davis’ team did a fantastic job at reconstructing our basement with the results exceeding our expectations. Great service although could use a little more communication of when workers are coming over to continue their job. Overall, great experience dealing with Paul Davis and very grateful for their contribution on this less than favourable situation in our newly purchased home.

They started work on my house just before Covid-19 started. It took a little longer than it should have which was understandable. They followed the social distancing. I am very pleased with all the work they did. Thank you

Paul Davis has to be the best company I’ve dealt with in years . Caring, compassionate , trusting and there for you throughout from start to finish . I highly recommend these guys and no one else seriously.

I applied for a job a month or so back. I called and asked for whoever did the hiring. I ended up speaking with Marcel. He said he would love to have me come in for an interview. He said tomorrow we would meet in a parking lot as to keep social distancing. He didnt show. Called him back and this same scenario happened 3 TIMES. I really needed the job and was qualified. Instead of being honest and saying he didnt really want to hire me he ran me for a loop and I wasted time and gas and other plans. As far as I know he runs hiring and or possibly operations. If that piece of work can't even be honest about whether he is going to hire you I wouldn't want to see the work he does...

We discovered mould in our attic. We researched what we needed to look for in a company to remove it. We called 3 companies and Paul Davis was the only one that answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The stress of hearing different things from one contractor to another was building up; I could feel the weight lifting off my chest while discussing our issue with Ryan and George and hearing their knowledgeable and professional approach. They charge to come out to do an estimate, but it's a thorough assessment. They took the time to answer all our questions (and we had a lot) and they never made us feel rushed. We loved that the estimate was broken down so you could see where every dollar was being spent. That helped with the stress because often times people feel taken advantage of by contractors. Responsive whenever we reached out through e-mail. We'll definitely recommend Paul Davis Restoration.

Absolutely terrible company, would not recommend them to anyone. Our insurance company sent them following Hurricane Dorian and they were a nightmare to deal with. They seemed overwhelmed, did shoddy work, caused as much damage as they were hired to fix, reps never returned calls, so you have to chase them all the time. They never completed the repairs they signed off saying they would complete, but honestly, we didn't care just to get rid of them. 3 years later and our roof has issues, 3 weeks and still waiting to hear back from them. Nightmare company to deal with, use someone else.

2 months behind and didnt bother to call me to let me know the previous appointment was cancled so i wasted a whole weekday at home. The people in person were great but whoever is in charge of booking has caused a huge headache. I would not have had them do a charged inspection if i knew what was going to unfold. I went with action air and mold instead. Were able to be here in 2 days and required no paid inspection.*Edit/reply* i was told twice, from 3 different people that your company had someone scheduled to fix the leak. (The person who did the inspection, your secretary, and then nother gentleman back in February when called to double confirm the appointment for march. It was originally recommended by your team to permanently stop the mold problem and ive had to be the primary person reaching out. After the second inspection that was done recently (because its taken this much time that no one remembers what originally needed fixing it seems). i reached out 3 days after to the number that texted me for the appointment, that i was told would be reached out to me to schedule. After 3 weeks of nothing being communicated, i reached out again expressing concern with the warmer weather. I have the messages and the phone number if you need them for confirmation.

A guy came to our house to see what we needed after we called Paul Davis because hurricane Fiona had flooded our basement. He was only interested in getting us to charge thousands of dollars to our insurance company. We wanted to pay for any work ourselves, which means we wouldn't be paying as much, so he wasn't interested in helping us. Not everybody can afford to put their insurance rates up like that.... So we got a different restoration company.
