Service was extremely bad, I had to call in to follow up on every single thing. Was never able to reach the two clerk directly, always have to call the 1800 number to get them to respond to me.They never acknowledged my email or reply to confirm they received my document. Had to keep calling in to find out I'm missing something or they pending more document. Never experienced such a service with any other company. Felt like I'm the one providing the service to them, when I'm the one paying for the service. We'll definitely not recommend to anyone I know.

I just went through the process of buying a home, and used Real Estate Lawyers for the closing of the transaction. I found them to be very professional, quick to respond, and willing to explain and clarify information, if needed.My questions were answered in a timely manner, and they were great at communicating directly with my banking institution to ensure that everything went smoothly.I look forward to working with them again on the sale of my current home, and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for good, reliable, professional and friendly service.

I purchased title insurance through the company along with having them handle the purchase of our first home. When we got our first tax bill, found out the past tenants didn’t pay their taxes. Title insurance should cover this yet we are 7 month now past our closing date and still have not had the outstanding tax amount released from the title insurance company. We have constantly had to reach out to the lawyers/law clerks to deal with this issue. I will say that the persons I have been in contact with do get back to me quickly, the law clerk assigned to my property. I’m disappointed they didn’t check this issue before hand and also that it has taken so much hounding for them to do something about it and that we still have not seen those outstanding taxes be paid.

The team is very professional and responsive. The whole process was done virtually very easily. We didn't have to visit their office directly. Overall the whole process was very smooth and stress free.

The lawyers and staff were very professional and responsive, and handled the details and problems associated with my sale quickly. I also appreciate the efforts they made to explain the details and keep me informed.

The process was cumbersome, confusing, and very disorganized. The office was hired to complete a sale as I sold my condo and required closing support. The lawyers did not complete the requirements by closing day. For example, the buyers did not get the keys for the unit a week after the closing date. The lock box location and combination code was not given to the buyer which resulted in confusion as they could not enter their new property and the lawyers did not know where the keys were located. The closing documents were not sent to me and my calls were not answered. If you are using this company, prepare to have a very stressful closing and that you will not get the required documents completed by closing. I am very grateful that I had a wonderful Realtor who stepped in to take over the Real Estate Lawyers position. In addition, they did not register the new buyer with the property management and thus I was still being billed for property maintenance fees that I had to cancel on my own accord. Terrible service-stay away!

Using Real|EstateLawyers again, this time for selling our house. The house sale closing date was being delayed by the buyer due to bank issues. RealEstateLawyers provided guidance with the delays and helped us to reach an agreement that minimized additional bank and other costs to us. Thank you for your great service.
