Experience was good! They kept the place clean and neat! There was not a lot of people when I went there (which I am very glad to see) so everything went smoothly! Always love the team, except I forgot his Name! I know Jessie is usually the guy who I always look for since he’s one of the most respectful and approachable person there!Update!!!Found another guy-Jason! Went there last week to have my watch changed and on top of their busyness and stress, Jason managed to keep his cool and helped me out! Keep it up bro and keep that awesome attitude! I see less and less people who have an attitude like yours in customer service! 5 stars for you!

I had a question about warranty on an item. I didn’t have an appointment and it was a busy weekend. They were able to schedule a session within 25 minutes and took care of the concern. Super efficient and good customer service.

Very bad experience with the Genius Bar at the Richmond Apple Retail Store (6551 No. 3 Rd, Richmond, BC V6Y 2B6). They are not Genius at all!I have an iPhone with 84% battery life and 250 charge cycles. Apple says the battery is usable up to 80% and 500 charge cycles.My iPhone can go from 60% or 80% to 1-5% in a matter of minutes. This can be clearly seen in the graph in the Battery section of iOS when a dramatic drop in charge occurs.I checked the serial number of the phone and it turns out that Apple has admitted that this is a manufacturing defect of the battery and there is a program to replace dangerous batteries. I just found out that the program has ended.I took the phone to the Richmond Apple Store for testing because the phone drains instantly and there is clearly a manufacturing problem with the phone that is Apple's fault.The Richmond center Genius" told me that there is nothing wrong with the phone

Excellent service! Lots of appreciation to David for doing his best to help me when there was a problem with the fido customer service side. I didn't expect him to try all methods, ask different colleagues to get the problem solved. I even thought I might have to come back next day, but he helped me perfectly! Thanks for his patience, professionalism and excellent service!

Booked an appointment with a Specialist. The young woman was knowledgeable and very pleasant. After listening to what I was looking for, she showed me a phone I hadn’t considered but that was actually a better fit for me(and a lot cheaper).The store was busy but very clean and it seems like they have a lot of products readily available.

There was really nice employees that all did their very best to help us customers. I had to refund an item, but they helped me through it and used the best of their abilities.

Got my phone battery replaced and service was proactive and welcoming. My phone was ready for pick up in less than two hours. The staff who returned me my phone (Jeff) had a very pleasant manner.

Lol looking thru all these comments made me laugh so bad, but some of them are really serious.Lemme share, first of all, the people there kept convincing you to buy stuff, I went in and bought a 14 pro max 256gb paying full, then when i was leaving, with my bag, sat on the couch outside opening my phone, the girl came and ASKED ME IF I WANTED A PHONE CASE, I was totally in shock, I said no and then she walked away. Alright, awesome try convincing me to spend another 50-80bucks on this piece of plastic.Then, there’s people quite supportive, there’s a few guys and two girls you will want to talk with( they r all tall), super HELPFUL i promise, they are trained well, follows your needs and everything.Lastly it’s just about the place, pretty organized and nice, a little crowded tho, a lot of kids playing games on the phones so sometimes it’s hard to look around.

Walked in around 1pm on Sunday. Store was packed. It’s been a long time since I stepped foot into a physical Apple Store. Good to see that staff training has not changed since the stores opened. The people I dealt with were professional and efficient. Although I didn’t get my issue resolved in a satisfactory way and I was not happy and showed it, the staff still acted in a professional manner. ( the issue wasn’t something the staff had direct control over, had more to do with how Apple, the trillion dollar behemoth does business ). Shout out to Claire, who helped me in the wireless audio section.

Super nice staff (forgot to ask for her name) originally I was there looking for a 1m UBC charging cable and they only have the 0.5m cable in stock. She told me to wait for couple minutes and she found me one !!! Thanks so much !!
