Robbie did work for us this past summer. He was professional, polite and meticulous. We were very pleased with his responsiveness when we texted. He also suggested we get a quote from another removal service, just in case. He took care of all the work we needed and his price was incredibly reasonable!

Met Robbie through my wonderful neighbour, he always done great work for her . Then when we needed some small jobs done for ourselves we use his services. We were more than pleased and so glad to have someone who gave more than fair prices. Had some very large trees close to the house. Robbie and his team organized a safe removal using a crane. Everything went very smoothly, and Robbie does an excellent job of staying in contact. When the crane operator had to reschedule Robbie let me know right away -- I appreciated being kept in the loop. The whole team was very professional, and I appreciated that they held a safety briefing at the start of the job to identify and manage the risks -- this should be standard practice but not everyone does it!

I first contacted RR Property Care when a branch of a large and suspect Maple tree had broken. Robbie came the next day to assess the tree, provide a quote, and explain how he would take the tree down. He also suggested I contact other arborists for additional quote and making sure whoever I opt to go with has the proper certifications and insurance.Not only did Robbie provide a very competitive quote, his communication from first contact to the completion of the job was great and I'd definitely be a repeat customer if the need ever arises.I strongly recommend RR Property Care if you're in need of a professional arborist and you definitely will not be disappointed.
