Trudy helped us tremendously! She worked out our business and personal taxes and saved us a ton of headaches. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of tax preparation!

Most of the reviews are saying the staff is rude. That not the case. Everyone was friendly. Unfortunately they have people doing a job that they’re not fully trained to do. I am a truck driver, my tax needs are pretty simple. After two different appointments with different “tax pro’s” I left with my documents in hand. I was informed next time when I book an appointment I need to explain my needs. My reply was simple, “I did” I wasted my entire day off running back and forth. I was hoping for connivence so I could enjoy my day. Turbo tax it is for me.

Unbelievable, sooooo rude service in there. Don’t want to explain anymore, it’s so tired to explain it.

Very pleasant experience with the people at this location. Very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions professionally and went beyond my questions to suggest possible routes and solutions to personal financial plans. To me this was excellent and worth my time and money spent there. I had no problems what-so-ever with the processing of my documentation and was very happy with the outcome. Through this location I felt that they stepped it up a notch to help get the best tax return possible. This is what impresses me, people who actually care and don't just draw the line at the bare minimum.

I had my 2018 tax return done here and have been dealing with issues ever since. First of all, they did not fill out my moving expenses form properly and tried to charge me to have them fix their own mistake. I'm now on the third shot of attempting to have someone rectify the issue. I was told on February 16th that everything was ok and that I'd be emailed a confirmation number that the CRA had received the revised form. 12 days later, no email, they claim to have no record of my appointment and they are now saying that they cannot find my physical file.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I had my taxes done here for the past three years. However, this year it appears that the detail that was given for the previous two years was not given this year.

Worst company ever! Do not go here. I still feel robbed giving them one star just to write this. This place is unorganized and unprofessional, I went to do my taxes here and they were taking forever! so I said I’ll just go somewhere else. Another story short they said that my tax return would only be enough to payback their fees so I said, “no I’m good, I’ll do my business elsewhere”. So after that they ended up charging me 647 without even trying to contact me first, I had just built my credit up to where I wanted it and they reported it to the credit companies without me even knowing. So as my credit goes down severely because of this 647, I don’t know why doing my taxes would cost that much? Is their paper made of 24k gold? They must have the Queen there doing their taxes I’d assume. Also, it was only for one years taxes. Anyways, I will never deal with this company again, I’d say go somewhere else or do your taxes yourself, total waste of time and energy. As my credit starts climbing to good standings, the du*basses report it only this year (2019) when this happened two years ago. For some reason they needed to report this two years after? It’s not right, I filed a dispute and I will be suing HnR block for 15,000 for defamation, false claims and lost income. I find that fair for the troubles. Either they remove it from my credit report or they won’t be getting their 647 and I’ll be getting 15,000, I have a pretty good lawyer that’s looking at some of that cash to. So they better get on it and take that sh*t of my credit report A.S.A.P.

I have gotten my taxes done at other H&R blocks with no problem before. But I will never be back to this one. Trudy, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. Seeing the other reviews I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Incredibly rude service herer, waited two weeks to hear back from my accountant who did not communicate or even return my emails. Oh and most importantly, it has been four weeks since I've handed in my documents and my taxes are still not filled. Truly horrible service and even more horrible professionalism from master" accountants. Don't waste your time coming to this location."
