Thank you for help with getting birth certificate and the information on how to go online and set up my appointment. I don't have the youngladies name, but Thank You.

The never answer the phone. Will hang up on you and take their phone off for a few minutes so you get the busy signal til the out the phone back on the receiver. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes now and they doing the same thing all these review is saying. I hate this place. Unprofessional and you can’t even get through. What are they even paying these people for

Absolutely awful! Scheaduled an appointment, took a day off from work and paid for parking to obtain a copy of my marriage license only to be told the reel was damaged. Would need to contact the State of Michigan! In addition the State fee is more than twice the cost of County fee, from $24.00 to $50.00 with shipp9ng. Come on Wayne Coumty get ti together!

I tried to get an enhanced DL at SOS office in Warren. Because I was born in Detroit they would not accept the certificate I have had for 40 years. They told me I could just walk in 2 places in Detroit and get them. Neither place answered phones or had working numbers. Vital check has been 110 days and counting to get online order. Does anything or anyone work in City of Detroit? Macomb County giving useless and inaccurate information. You can't use Covid as an excuse for such poor service. No such problems with Oakland County.

Set me appointment and request the day off on my job for that appointment today just for them to cancel my appointment!! Never picks up the phone I been trying to get my birth certificate for 6 years now to get a legal State ID now I can't cause my appointment cancelled then went online twice on 2 different phones placed my order and never got it then I try to refund my money back so I can just walk in to get my certificate they never refunded my money I'm very angry about the poor customer service I'm 20 now finna be 21 this year still with no valid ID and can't even make an appointment or they will just cancel my name this is truly unfair I can't get a job house or car and they wasting my time

There ain't a way in hell they booked up for 6 to 9 weeks straight without walkins.

They are so rude, and act like you are bothering them when you finally get someone to answer.You have to have a bad attitude to work for the State, County and City Of Detroit

Never answers the phone been calling since June of 2022! Ordered my birth certificate in June and paid $76.00 and still nothing went via vital check even and paid another $56.00 but they needed more info so they would process it. What am I to do I need my birth certificate
