Terrific experience with my donation to the Furniture Bank!In the office, Kyle was very proactive and communicative in coordinating everything, and on pick-up day Mitch and Yannis were fantastic - very friendly, careful, and efficient.I realize that the financial cost to make a donation can be a hindrance for many, but I appreciate the time and expenses involved in the work the Furniture Bank does for so many people. I am glad this was an option for me, and I feel better knowing the furniture I donated will be useful for someone else.If you can afford it, I highly recommend contacting the Furniture Bank if you are looking to re-home any of your furniture still in excellent condition!

What a great cause!It was easy to set up a pickup date. The pickup crew was on time and pleasant. PLUS, I can feel really good about helping people who need this furniture WAY more than I need a few bucks from a garage sale.I'm already recommending this service to everyone I think might need it.Thank you Furniture Bank!

Super friendly and helpful staff over email and on the phone. I had eleven pieces to donate, and after I got them out of the house onto my driveway and porch, the Furniture Bank team picked them up with ease. I had an in-kind tax receipt in my inbox less than twenty-four hours later. Professional and efficient, great experience overall. I feel great knowing my donation will help families in need rather than ending up in some junk yard.

We were very pleased to be able to donate furniture that will help a family. Filling out the form online and the quick response were easy. All questions were answered. The delivery people gave us good notice of their arrival time and even independently notified the residence where the pickup was to happen. The staff at the residence really appreciated this.The two movers were courteous and punctual. There was some difficulty removing some furnished chairs which may have unfortunately resulted in some damage. They used upright furniture dollies whereas a flat dolly may have helped to avoid this.Thank you.

I had a great experience with Furniture Bank! From the online quote to arranging for pickup, the process was smooth and easy. The pickup team arrived early and were friendly and professional. They assessed the removal items and carefully moved everything out. The entire process was SO easy. I filled out the form online. Got an estimate by the end of the day. Called in to confirm it the next day and two days later two gentlemen arrived to pick up the couch.The movers were so kind, and quick!I will definitely be working with the Furniture Bank again for future donations.

The Furniture Bank is definitely doing beautiful and important work for all members of our communities and they do it with kindness and efficiency.Today I had two lovely pick up specialists remove my furniture. They called ahead, they arrived on time and they were so conscientious about removing each piece mindfully, there was no damage done to my walls or the furniture itself. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. This is an amazing organization! I was struggling to sell my big furniture in a move and did not want it to end up in a landfill somewhere. The staff at furniture bank were incredibly easy to talk to and work with, and they all seem like wonderful and caring people! Just had my pickup today and the folks informed me due to an accident that they were running late - but they showed up and were in and out before the time they thought they'd arrive. Incredibly professional and quick! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Furniture Bank!

Dealing with “FURNITURE BANK” was a real pleasure & very professional. Furniture Bank emailed me a week in advance & told me the pickup day, then the day of I got a call that they were on there way & then a second call informing me that they were half an hr away. The two gentlemen who moved the furniture were wonderful & very happy (which is a rarity these days). Less than 24 hrs I had my tax receipt. Furniture Bank was a perfect way to put unwanted, gently used furniture to good use. I am downsizing and could not move all my furniture with me. Furniture Bank was so easy to work with from organizing a pick-up date, keeping me notified on the day of pick-up and Mitch & Yannis were great moving the furniture out of my home!5 Stars all the way!!!!!DONATE don't throw out!!!
