Highly recommend giving Reversal a visit for all your tattoo removal needs. After shopping around and looking at reviews for the removal of my large Blackout tattoo and patch tattoos, I was quoted the absolute best price per session in all of Ontario and Alberta.May and her associate were extremely informative, knowledgeable, professional, and quick at reaching back to me through email. My experience was pleasant, swift and had a very calming environment -Everything you want during tattoo removal.I will be moving to Calgary in a few weeks, and despite being a bit far, I will drive back to Edmonton every 6-8 weeks for my sessions simply because of the outstanding experience and cost per session.If you've been holding back on getting your tattoo removal because you are skeptical of the procedure, or of the ridiculous prices of the majority of shops, look no further.Give them a call, and give them a try. May is the most experienced professional that I have met in her industry. She is extremely knowledgeable and a master at this. She takes the time to go through every detail and procedure in detail and ensures that you are comfortable and fully understand the process.She is sumpathetic, thoughtful and you know that she wants to help! I had a horrible experience with a well known clinic that caused more damage than good. May discussed my options and I trusted her to fix the damage that was caused. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Don't go anywhere else!

I booked a consultation with May for laser tattoo removal. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were able to accommodate doing the treatment the same day as the consultation as I wanted to proceed with it. I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. But it was quick and I was made to feel comfortable during the procedure. The pricing is very affordable and I can’t wait to see the results as I continue with treatments! Highly recommend.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I was nervous before getting my treatment, I was walked through all aspects from beginning to end. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as I had heard. May has been very accommodating. Never hesitant to answer my question. Just had my hyperpigmentation treatment today, as compared to the last laser treatment I had from another clinic, May's approach to treating my skin is way much different. She is so gentle and is very detailed with the procedure explaining it to me. Alex is very supportive of May while doing the treatment on my skin. Very professional. I also like the part where she even has post-treatment care. This kind of customer service where you feel very welcome and have no prejudice at all deserves a high level of appreciation. May was excellent in explaining and delivering my permanent makeup removal. I definitely recommend her services and there's also free parking. So convenient for a downtown location.

Highly recommend this studio! I got laser done on two of my tattoos. The procedure was quick with minimal pain. They were kind, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained aftercare and what to expect. Also the best prices that I’ve found in the city after shopping around a lot! I’m very excited for my next sessions:)
