Zero stars if I could give it. Rudest customer service ever. The older lady with a pony tail was absolutely horrendous. 4 ladies working and was told they can only serve one person at a time.

I read the comments before going and i really didnt want to get Brigite as the person. I finally arrived , want to get my daughter ears , once i saw a rudeperson without any smile /customer service . I asked her her name & for my luck it was Brigite... I gave her the chance to see if her technical skills are better. She proved me wrong + she hurted my little 4 months while trying to prove to me its the same on both ears. Went to another Faces place in Laval and defenitly she did it wrong!

Went for my daughter piercings (1 year old ) service was not so good ! Seemed rushed when no other clients in sight . Also I’m not sure about other places but I noticed they didn’t wear gloves .. disinfected my daughters ears with Kleenex and alcohol and didn’t look like they cleaned the piercing guns either . Felt uncomfortable to ask on the spot but thinking back I feel stupid for not asking . Anyway it went quickly and so far no infection so can’t say anything more .. I just would have expected a little more of a professional service.

Very very disappointing. Today Friday May 7th at 12 pm, I strolled up to the salesperson to ask a question, I noticed that she was taking notes. So I quietly said “excuse me” at which she raised her index finger up, I waited,she finished and looked at me(no apology) I asked if Faces has any Mother’s Day promotions she said “No , good bye” and continued to write. I inquired about the sign in French something about complimentary piercing with purchase? She looked at me and smirked “$50 and up purchase of earnings “ and went back to writing. I was around when faces opened in Ontario way back in the 80’s and supported Faces until today. I had 5 Mother’s Day gifts to buy. I went to Sephora.

Terrible service. They are extremely rude. Went to get pierced and I changed my mind once she started with her attitude. Not welcoming at all. I don't recommend.

I went on a week day to pierce my baby's ears. The whole experience was very professional and the employee was very kind and gentle with my child. On weekends there's 2 employees so if anyone was planning on piercing the ears, W-E is best.

i didn’t want to go to this store because i read a lot of bad reviews, but i has no other choice, i wanted to pierce my ear right away and the women over there was really nice and super friendly! it went fast and really good, i recommend going here for having pierced ears!!

i went a few weeks ago with the intention of piercing my daughter's ears. it was just after nine on saturday morning and i waited patiently at the counter for the sales lady to finish applying her own makeup. after a few minutes she looked up while still holding her eyeliner and said yes? in a really loud and super annoyed voice......i asked about the earrings and about which ones would be best for sensitive ears since one of my daughters had an allergy to 14k gold. she told me that it was impossible that 14k gold causes allergies. i politely told her we had the allergy confirmed by our pediatrician and she insisted it was impossible and that all types of earrings are the same in terms or reactiveness which is absolutely incorrect. then she advised me to come back when my daughter was older so we left. worst service i have ever had.

My cousins bought my aunt a makeup brush kit for Christmas. She decided she wanted to do an exchange.. As we came up to the booth the sales associates didnt even bother to get up to serve her. Let alone say hello when we approached. I found it completely rude they did not offer to help her as she was trying to see what she wanted to buy.. No information on the product , ZERO customer service. The shelves were dusty and disgusting.. Which I found ironic considering the 2 sales associates were sitting down doing nothing. Honestly...if your not going to help serve customers the least you can be doing is cleaning up...Regardless... I helped my aunt pick out what she needed and left. Will not return to this place.
