Rude staff. If you call to make a complaint about an employee, they will put that employee on the phone to harass you. Drivers suffer from road rage.

I went in for wiper advise and Brian recommended a couple for me. The wipers I choose I am very happy with. They were even installed correctly. The guys at the front desk are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended you shop here.

Terrible customer service, was hung up on a dozen times before they picked up and I asked my question and they hung up on me after. When I went to ask why they said in an impolite manner that I had an out of town number and not to waste their time. Will NOT ever go back here as the people who work here clearly know nothing about customer service, I'll go to Canadian tire instead better selection and friendlier staff.

They tested my battery which was having issues, boosted my jeep when it wouldnt start and sold me a new battery 50 dollars less than CT. Very polite staff, great experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are able to find the right part for your vehicle. I really feel great giving them my business. I usually shop with Wayne who is always helpful, friendly, and polite, though all of their staff are awesome.

Wayne is the man for all my parts needs. Whether its an odd ball project im slapping together or a customer repair in dire need of a quick replacement. They haven't been able to let me down yet at this location as well as brians location in meaford.
