TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Cassie was so helpful and very sweet. Definitely makes banking easier when you have great customer service reps like her.

I just went in to pick my credit card that arrived at the branch which should not be more than 5 min process...and it took more than 30 mins to do so..as there was no one at welcome desk and EXTREEMLY LONG LINE UP FOR TELLER COUNTERS..Extremely slow tellers..and only 2 counters open during rush hours..poor management...

The staff need better training even their senior staff seem to have a serious lack of knowledge. One thought a LIRA was someone’s name. 2 other staff took 45 minutes to find a form. They promised they’d call me to confirm my request was processed and then completely ghosted me. I wish they’d make it available online rather than have to go in person when none of their staff are able to perform the simplest tasks. I’ve tried calling the help support and they seemed more interested in arguing then helping. I’ve been with this bank 20 years and seriously considering moving my investments elsewhere.

I must say Ace Money you have nothing else better to do with your time than to make false lies & to go as far as using “little person” truly shows who the little person is?! That person your talking about has a heart 10X bigger than yours! I am a regular customer & do business deposits daily and she’s been nothing but truly genuine to myself & others! My first interaction with her went very well as I was having a bad day & she took the time to ask me if I was okay, I was not okay & she understood! She told me that if I ever needed to vent? That her window is always open, she made me feel welcomed! In fact I let others go ahead in front of me so I can say hello to that young lady & do business as usual if I’m not in a rush. It’s a very busy branch and yes there definitely can be more improvements for customer & branch experience?! For example if managers actually stayed at their desks or near by? As they have rules and regulations to follow, maybe your tellers wouldn’t be apologizing on TD’s behalf when they have to look around for one of you to get override. It’s called team work & it should not all fall on the tellers at the front line. They put up with a lot of Karen’s like ACE MONEY” that I commend her for not tolerating your b.s if it true?! I truly believe in Karma & it will come back 10x fold….. keep up the good work WHYTE AVE BRANCH! Also that “little person” goes above and beyond and works twice as hard attending the front line dragging her stool around, she doesn’t let nothing stop her! A lot of good staff have come and gone from that branch, Maybe it’s management & above why they always have high staff turnover at that branch! Definitely something to think about TD.

Horrible experience! I simply just asked to enable the tap on my visa debit card and the new guy completely cancel my access card and gave me a new one. And the tap also didn’t work because he didn’t enable the tap on the new card!!! So I had to call TD through the app to enable it and have to reorder a new one because I need one with my name on it. Enabling the tap on my card should have been a really simple and easy thing to do. It’s really annoying because now I have to change all my online payment number. Also, too many new staff there don’t know what they are doing and didn’t even ask when they don’t know how to enable my tap and just canceled my card instead.

I was in a rush... not a great time to do anything much less banking. But the team at this TD location brushed off my rushed vibe and helped me find timely solutions to my problem. It was my first time in a TD Branch as I'm a new customer and I couldn't have been happier with how I was treated.

I started banking with TD because this bank operates weekends and evening. Now a days, they are closing early during weekdays and Sunday keeps closing. This is not like what you committed with your customers. I believe management will take action immediately to restore TD’s original operation schedule.

Bank with td if you want high fees paired with low Service. Have you ever thought to yourself I'd love it if my bank just never deposited my paycheck? Well than td is the bank for you. They are so inept at thier jobs that you can have that here. Td what a joke.

Trying to get any help here takes the longest bloody time. Most of time there is a long line of customers and only a few representatives on the kiosk. Wish they had more help so things could go faster!
