Great Canadian Oil Change

Was greeted promptly, told how long my wait would be (which was pretty accurate), given a beverage and all services performed as requested. Was shown filters and factory recommendations. Staff were courteous and efficient.

It was a very friendly place. The service was amazing. The only drawback to the place is oil changes were very expensive. It was advertised that I would receive 50% off an oil change, and help save baby's lives. I got a discount of 35 dollars not 50% off. So other than false advertising it was a good place. I'm just glad I helped out the intensive care unit. :)

Accidentally put the wrong kms for when I needed my oil changed. Filled me up on oil and didn't even charge! So nice they were honest about the mistake, I've been to soo many places that wanna take all my money bc I don't know what I'm doing. Honesty is so appreciated

Went for an oil change. Got half way home and my check engine light went on. My husband checked and oil cap wasn't secured properly spewing oil inside engine compartment and I was low by 2 litre. Not impressed. Maybe if some of the employees weren't jackassing around and paying attention this might not have happened. Not going back there again. They advertise 'expert care' yet now I have to get my engine compartment cleaned.After this experience I checked the Chevy dealerships and they offer same service twenty dollars cheaper and are more professionalSince posting this review my husband spoke to the manager, John, whose remedy for the situation was to replace the oil that spewed from around my oil cap all over my engine compartment. He felt this was adequate compensation for the mess and loss of oil and the time spent cleaning which he did at -20 c with rags. My question is when has it become acceptable for a so called professional organization not to properly compensate the consumer for their own incompetence and lack of due care. With such attitudes such as this the only remedy is the smart remedy. Take it to the professionals who know what they're doing not people like John, manager of a so-called professional organization. My husband was told by John who said after reviewing the video he couldn't tell if the oil cap was properly sealed, but he did state that his technician checked it twice so that would indicate by John's own admission that his tech is either irrisponcible or incapable of doing the job properly. So rather than argue, when I know that I'm right, I can only refer to this from my experience with this company, don't argue with an idiot they will only bring you down to their level and beat you at their own game. Anyone who pays for professional service should receive professional service

After years of giving my vehicles to the dealership for entire days for oil changes. We switched and use great Canadian as our regular oil change spot. Was in this morning, to get an oil change. Appreciate that I was In and out in 15minutes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

These guys are great. I actually wasn't due for an oil change yet, but I thought I was, so he checked my oil and recommended when to come back, and sent me on my way. Even set my trip meter for me. I really appreciate that I wasn't taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. Highly recommend!

I came in for an oil change, the greeter was super friendly, the guy who did the oil change was also super friendly, changed my oil super quick and got me a new driving light that was burnt out. It also happened to be ladies day, and i got a free rose! great service!
