I came in from the airport looking for a new carry on as mine unfortunately exploded. Max did a wonderful job at helping me find a bag that fit the demensions and able to carry all my gear. He was able to offer great local incite and also recommend local tourist spots. He also spoke superb English which was a great asset. Keep up the good work!

Every time I visit Sports Experts located in Place Vertu, I have the best experience shopping there. All staff members look at you, smile and they are ready to assist you, especially Wajid! I bought more than a dozen pair of shoes since he is very knowledgeable, he knows exactly what we are looking for, he is very professional, his legendary customer service is on a different level, definitely he is a BIG Asset to the Team and he deserves a promotion and a raise! Every time I purchase something from Wajid, I feel happy and confident. I always refer and recommend Sports Experts (Place Vertu) to my friends and family members, because we need staffs who are experts, talented and ready to assist you. I recently have had foot problems that required special considerations.Today I went to the Sports Expert Store in Place VertuAs I was approached by a couple of young clerks I specified that I wished to speak with someone who was quite familiar with different Foot issues. They said just a minute I will ask my colleague.Another clerk came our & said he was quite familiar with such problems.After speaking with Podiatrist and doing my own online research I found him to be quite knowledgeable and interested in helping me find the best fit, not merely make a sale.I asked him to watch my gait and give me feed back with the 4 different models he suggested. He seemed to be spot on with his insight and advice.I came away with a couple of purchases in store, one being the ASICS Gel Kayano which I am hoping may help my situation to avoid foot surgery.So I would like to commend him to your attention and to his superiors as well.He demonstrated not only knowledge but compassion and good listening skills plus patience with this Senior.His name is Wajid Ali. I specifically asked him for his name so I could leave a Google review if I can find it online but wanted to also let you know he is a definite asset to your team.Please find a way to convey this commendation to the clerk as well.A very satisfied customer.SLH

It is one of the best Sports Experts I have ever been to.We went there to shop for winter boots and gloves, and being our first winter, it was a bit confusing as to what to buy and not. That's where Miguel comes in.He is a gem of a person. Super nice and explained to us what might work well for us and what not. The best part was that he never pushed us to buy something specific or pricey.We ended up buying Kamik's boots, which were at a great deal ($100) along with gloves at a good price, too.Will visit here again and highly recommend!

Let's begin with great side - the staff is really nice and friendly!Although the store is much larger since they relocated in the mall the specialty selection isn't broader. If you look for running shoes, snow boards,... very limited choices. A bit sad for the size of the store.

Thank you to MARC who helped me find the Nike shoes that I was looking for. I was pleased to find out that they were on sale. Melissa at the cash was very pleasant. The store at Place Vertu shopping Mall is very clean and spacious. Service was excellent and fast. This Mall has a large parking lot which was very convenient..

Excellent selection of items (especially bike accessories) with good prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous so there was no problem looking for what I needed. The place is also very spacious and clean.

This store keeps making mistakes on my orders and wait on me to fix them. I went to buy some shoes, asked the worker for my size he personally gave me a pair with two different sizes in it. When I called to ask if I were to come and exchange the shoes would I get compensated for my time , the manager said no because he was not there and these types of mistakes happen all the time so he cannot compensate every client it happens to. I told him what about the pair of shoes they got that they can’t sell what are they gonna do about it, he replied “I don’t know, nothing”. They would rather not make money than make their customers happy.

Came here for some new volleyball shoes and picked up a nice pair of winter boots on special as well. The prices were surprisingly not bloated and I found the exact pair of Asics I wanted for the same price that they are sold on Amazon. The staff were helpful and patient as I tried multiple sizes on. A great experience.
