I have ordered 2 chocolate brownie extreme blizzards. One of the blizzard is not made properly and it is not at all thick. I asked for a replacement of the blizzard and he didn't try to resolve my complaint but he keeps on saying different following reasons1. He said there are only two machines and he cannot make a replacement of the blizzard.2. He said the chocolate blizzard is always like this. I asked him to compare with my other blizzard which is good and he is just inverting it and showing.3. He then took both the blizzards from my hand and said he will replace it but ended doing nothing.He started complaining it to the customers that it is how we make it. He started stirring the same blizzard again and again to show that it is good and gave it to us. We finally left the blizzard and came out of the store even after paying the amount because he is not ready to replace it. He also stirred the other customers blizzard to show how it looks but is this etiquette to stir someone's food. This happened to be my friends order itself.EDIT 1: I was called by the DQ manager after 2 weeks and she agreed that our problem was genuine and she mentioned that she will train her staff on improper behavior. She also offered me a gift card. I am changing the rating from 1 to 3 as I felt the manager was responsible.

Went to DQ on April 14th and apparently this DQ is not offering the Blizzard deal for April that is on the app. They knew nothing about it or pretended to know nothing about it when we asked. Management took over the speaker when we were asking the girl we were placing our order with and said there is no Blizzard deals!!! Poor customer service! Do better DQ!

Kudos to the young people working at this location, seems like a great team. Great friendly service, quick to prepare and get the food out to the table, far beyond what I have come to expect from fast food places and it is appreciated. Food was great and everything was nice and clean. Great location if you are craving DQ.

Got over half of my order wrong, from adding sauce when I said no sauce, didn’t give me a drink when I ordered one, and gave me the wrong size of blizzard. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and the lack there of. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Shout out to Ricky! I was one of those customers that put an insane amount of comments on my online cake order and on top of that, I was not even sure if what I had asked for was possible, but Ricky was phenomenal! Not only did he do everything that I had asked for in my comments, he also called ahead of time to confirm my order and clarify my comments, paraphrased what he heard me say to make sure that he understood me correctly, double-checked my comments before making the cake, and triple-checked again after making the cake just to make sure that he got everything! Impressive attention to detail! I have to admit that when it comes to fast food restaurants, I slack my expectations as they are always so busy with so many moving bodies that it is more than challenging to know who did what and catch every detail, especially when customers come back with weird or over the top requests. So, I just want to say, Ricky, I should not have slacked my expectations at all, because you exceeded what some may even call unobtainable standards! Thank you very much! I hope you know that the work you do is greatly appreciated! XD

I just had the BEST turtles Blizzard. Their pecans tasted freshly roasted, so they had a fantastic texture and taste. The staff are always friendly there too!

I am very disgusted at this location.. I was here on December 23 2022 at Noon.. I ordered combo number 1 and while I was waiting for my order I noticed the cook was cleaning the floors and wiping down stuff with food prepping gloves on using a dirty old rag.. he then goes and starts making my order wearing the same gloves he doesn’t wash his hands nor put new gloves on at all.. I noticed he puts my precooked patties in the microwave to warm them up, who knows how long these patties were sitting there for before he gave them to me.. My fries were old and burnt and my bun was dry.. I will never go to this location ever again, I didn’t eat my burger as I was so disgusted and I am shocked that Dairy Queen allows their staff to still use microwave to heat food up..I would not eat here..

Ridiculously expensive now to the point I'd call it scam for the quality of fast food they offer. You're better off at Burger's Priest or Five Guys down the road for cheaper, better, more food.
