My wife and I (seniors) went to Horizon for a pedicure for my wife and a cut and cleanup for my toe nails. The owner/manager was unbelievably abrupt, rude and dismissive of any questions or requests we had regarding either treatment. She was more occupied with her cell phone than paying attention to her clients. We were the only 2 in the whole salon. She had only one person helping her out as her other staff member was on holidays. This lady was not trained in doing pedicures, could not speak a word of English and did a very poor job. I waited for close to a hour with my feet in luke warm water before the owner finally clipped my toenails in under one minute and charged me $25. Their prices are competitive but there is no value for the money we paid. Very unprofessional, inefficient, lacking in cleanliness. I could go on and on. This place should be closed down. Less than a one star.

Just awful. Went in to get our nails done and she couldn’t have been more unfriendly. Was on her phone the entire time she was working on us. Cut our fingers and never apologized. Messy, horrible acrylic nail set. Would give ZERO stars.

Came in with my bridal party to get our nails done for my wedding. Didn't even last until the end of the wedding. They cut my cuticle. I bled and they then painted over the blood with clear polish sealing in the blood. It was on my ring finger too. I had hoped to get beautiful photos of my wedding ring on that finger. The tools used to cut my cuticles were dirty and not sanitized before he used them. He literally blew on them to get the dead skin off from the previous client. The polish didnt even last the whole day before lifting off of my pinky finger.The person doing the nails of the mother of the bride disappeared and never actually finished the manicure. She had bits of nail polish all over the sides of her fingers. When we told the person at the front desk they informed us that he had left to catch a flight to Vietnam. We were not informed of any time limit or that the nail tech needed to leave. We also booked several hours before they closed and we felt rushed out the door.We booked our appointment several weeks in advance and there was only 2 people working and we all had to wait turns to have them done. Which would have been fine. But the fact we got sloppy manicures and one wasn't even finished really put a sour note on the day. We also wanted waxing services but were nervous to ask for it after seeing how poorly our nails were done.We will most definitely never return to this salon in the future and warn others of trying out their services. Not worth it.

The lady didn’t wear a mask that worked there. The man didn’t sanitize his work station after it was my turn. He also started touching my head to teach me how to fix my lower back… with covid times no thank you. Also the finished product of my nails were only mediocre for the pricing.

I have been going here for about 6 years, I was always satisfied before but I won't be going back. The woman who did my pedicure cut my big toe beside the nail and claimed it was a hangnail! I got no apology and it bled quite a bit. I was not impressed!! I'll be taking my business else where!

This was my 3rd visit for an acrylic fill and I’ve never had any issues. The man that I’ve seen every time works very quick, and very thorough. Very reasonably priced, and good quality! I broke a nail on my last set in a very rough situation but the rest lasted well until my most recent fill. I go 3-4 weeks between fills.Very friendly, lots of availability.Lots of color options, I always get a matte top coat and it’s great quality. He’s very knowledgeable with shape and length. Tried uploading a photo but this site wouldn’t let me.

First thing you notice when you walk in is the atrocious smell and it only goes down hill from there. I’m on day two of my gel polish and 2 nails are chipped and 1 finger is infected. They were so rough with my nails and nothing was sanitized. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I wanted acrylic laid over my own nails and some tips added to the couple of short nails. I said as much and picked my color and he proceeded to cut my long nails. So I ended up with all tips. His area was dusty. I never was asked to wash my hands he never washed his either. He never sanitized his station. all he did was wipe the table with his hand. After I was done he used a warm towel on my hands and asked if I had a sore neck. What he did to my arms hurt, it did help my neck but I never asked for it. My nails turned out OK but it was not what I wanted. I won't go back

I called about 20 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was coming. When I arrived, the only nail tech was still finishing the manicure before mine. I waited for about 10 minutes before we got started. He did not wash his hands, sanitize the table or even wipe down the chair.I told him I wanted an acrylic nail fill. I specified that I wanted the same shape (square).They took a drill to my cuticles without any lotion, so it left my cuticles rough and scraggly looking.He filed the excess length off with a drill, and the ends were not straight and uneven.He started filing the sides of my nails until they were no longer square, but coffin shaped.The finished acrylic is lumpy and asymmetrical.The only swatches I was given were that of gel polish, and I as never notified that they were gel or that they would cost more than regular lacquer.The white polish appears streaky, flooded into my cuticles, and didn’t go to the edge of my nail in other places.The accent polish I chose was an opaque glitter polish. The finished look is translucent and doesn’t cover the whole nail.Today, 3 days after the nail fill, the polish on my thumb is cracked and lifting from my nail.Previously, my experience at this salon was mediocre. After this experience, I will never waste a dime here again. I am so so disappointed in their service.In the photos attached: The red nails are the nails I showed up with, the white nails are what I left with.
