Years ago I lost a treasured diamond ring that was my grandmothers, which I had always wanted to replace. As I have been divorced for several years I had my promise ring, engagement ring and wedding ring sitting idle in a jewellery box for the past 10 years. I decided to go and visit Ed at Odyssey Jewellery in Richmond Hill.I showed Ed my three separate rings which each had a very small diamond in them. I told him the story of wanting to replace the heirloom ring I had lost, but I wanted a more modern look to it.We went through the simple friendly process of me explain my vision. Ed drew up some sketches while I was there at the shop with him and we looked at pictures of different designs and we came up with a concept of the ring I had envisioned.Two weeks later Ed called me and said, “You’re Ring Is Ready, Come On In”. I went right over, very excited to see my new ring! I WAS THRILLED!!! Odyssey Jewellery had turned my rings that were of absolute no use to me into a fabulous new modern ring I now wear every day!I highly recommend Odyssey Jewellery. I've lived in Richmond Hill for many years and had no idea about Odyssey Jewellery Design. I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism and kindness. My family needed a few pieces fixed and it was done to perfection. Absolutely I would recommend Odyssey for any of your fine jewels to be fixed.

I dont often write reviews but I felt compelled to write one about the experience my wife and I had with Ed at Odyssey Jewellery. My wife wanted to have her wedding band and engagement rings re done. We had never heard of Odyssey before but the google reviews were very good. I can say all the positive reviews about this place were accurate. Ed did an absolutely fantastic job with the rings and they turned out beautiful. Ed is very professional and really knows his stuff. My wife sent me back about a week later as she wanted the size changed and Ed took care of it right away at no extra cost. We will certainly be doing business with Ed again and have already recommended him to our family and friends. If you are looking for an honest, talented and trustworthy Jeweller, Ed is your man and I would recommend Odyssey Jewellery any time!

Bought my engagement ring from Ed in July 2022. After visiting many jewellers across the GTA who didn’t have what I was looking for, I came across Odyssey Jewellery. Ed was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. He even went as far as sourcing a diamond from Europe that met my (high) standards. I recently needed to find a jeweler to re-size my engagement, and wedding rings after some considerable weight loss. They went from a size 7 to 5 and with the engagement ring being a certain cut most jewelers wouldn't touch it.I am beyond thankful in finding Odyssey Jewellery Designers. Best Jeweller!!I was looking to upgrade my engagement ring, Ed was so amazing in cooperating with me and my design. He took the existing ring that I had and gave me a huge upgrade. He worked with me and could really understand who i am and what is my taste.He was amazing and I got the ring of my dreams. Every time I look at that ring on my finger it puts a smile on my face, makes me happy and he was able to work magic from scratch.This is the best jewellery store!
