Tako Loko Mexican Restaurant
The worst experience ever. I don’t know how people are sharing such a good review but honestly this place isn’t worth it for a price. I have ordered guacamole and nachos but as you can see in photo the nachos were completely crushed. I also have ordered veggie tacos and there was just a tacos and veggie. And the price was 5$ for 1 tacos where there were no cheese no beans at all also no salsa so according to me the food isn’t worth it compared to the price.

Amazing. Probably the best tacos I've ever had.Tried the coxhinita and the fish tacos. The first was good but the cochinita was incredible.

Really nice place with authentic tacos. I tried the chicken and feta taco and it was packed with flavour. Will be back when I'm in Halifax again that's for sure!

Very good vibe and tasty food! Ordered the chips and guac, a chicken burrito, and the churros. Everything was delicious!!

Great place for tacos in Halifax. Reasonably priced, good quality. Often you will find Latinos eating there which I take as a good sign. I've heard the burritos are also quite tasty and filling. Will be back.

Really cool spot for authentic style tacos. I specifically really enjoyed the brisket and fish tacos the most!Fast and friendly service, small cozy spot. We went during their Taco Tuesday special and it was quite busy so keep that in mind if planning to visit.My only minor grievance was I wish they had more hot sauce! Still worthy of 5 stars, but some house made hot sauce would really make them stand out even more.

I love good mexican food! Since spending time in south america I always look for meals closer to the southern taste.These were very authentic and tasted amazing! I got one of each and definitely the Brisket and chorizo were personal favourites.Taco Tuesday every taco is $4Guacamole was also very good, you can taste the freshness.Definitely recommend this spot, support local and food was absolutely amazing. Excellent food. I love tacos and I love that this is just a little restaurant in a residential area. We sat outside so atmosphere was, well the outdoors by a sidewalk. So meh. But the food and service were fantastic. Will be back for sure.

First time in this very nice restaurant.The food was delicious, we (2 adults) ordered the guacamole and chips and 5 different kind of tacos + dessert.Everything was great and the girl who helped us was very nice.Parking spots available on the street.

Decided to try the 10 Tacos, asked for a variety, and 2 drinks special. The atmosphere and customer service were wonderful.Server was quick to give us drinks and take our order. Food did not take long to arrive.Tacos were fresh, delicious, and authentic. Well seasoned and each kind full of flavour!To go I ordered guacamole and fresh chips. Chips were fresh, crispy, and nice flavour. Guacamole was fresh and yummy.Would absolutely eat here again!
