Love this location, the only thing I would improve is the lights are fluorescent and loud. Not as relaxing as environment as other locations. Friendly staff, great selection.

There's a lot of variety in here. Good manga selection. Kind of odd the seperation of them between the teen and manga section.The home section is decently spread out and does make the store look larger. Just wished there was more books then home goods.It was well organized though.

It was nice to visit a store so far from home and get that same feeling as I do when I visit my Indigo near me.This may be a bit of a different review as I visited as an author at their location. But the staff were attentive to not keep customers waiting at check out. Keeping regular tabs at the desk and staff jumping on to keep the happy flow of customer coming through. Staff always ready to jump in a help.

Generally a nice store but having the under construction" look for so long after the Starbucks pulled out is getting a bit old. It's time to reuse the space or let someone else use that spot! It's a great place to go when you're biding your time before a movie starts. The last time we went we were able to buy a book there and get the author to sign it for us. I'm also not sure why the Indigo/Chapters stores are no longer displaying ebook readers - they might have one beat up model on display but there isn't much to look at."

Very rude manager and staff. Asked a question very kindly and politely and the manager seemed very annoyed with my question and gave me a one word answer. Cashier was also not nice at all.

A nice bookstore plus related toys and gifts. Good selection and features, I appreciate their bargain section. Somewhat disappointed that they've removed the self-service kiosks to look for particular books; in theory it's a nice touch to have an employee help but they appear to be short-staffed so it takes a while.

Great selection, found a couple great deals in the clearance section. Friendly staff, clean. Would only ask for a few more chairs so the kids could read while I shopped longer.

This store is great. Been going here my whole life and it’s just super big with lots of books and selection. Only reason I’m giving it 3 starts instead of 5 is that they no longer have a coffee shop. Sitting down with a hot coffee and reading a book used to be just lovely! Hopefully they get one in soon.

I usually visit twice per month and drop about 30$ per visit, books are my vice. I also love to discover new books to add to my collection.I don't understand what's happened but they've traded a Starbucks for pets. Dogs, it looks like and definitely not the service dog variety. Today there was no less than 4 dogs in the store and my chest started to get tight so I had to pay and leave. I'm sure they buy much more than I do each visit, otherwise why would you tolerate them? I won't be back for a while. The store is actually starting to smell like dog. Yuck!Here's hoping you realize soon people have allergies and dogs don't pay the rent.
