Ok.. I requested I hairdresser level 6 because of bad experiences there . Well another bad experience...I was left with a haircut that at thr saloon looked ok but now with the passing days I see my hair was butchered not cut...Definitely I am not coming back.

I had an extremely bad customer experience. I booked a haircut for my toddler and it was cancelled upon arriving at the salon. Now I did call the reception beforehand that we would be late by 10 min since my toddler woke up late from her nap, so should we be okay to come for the appointment. And only after getting a go ahead we reached the salon to find out that the stylist wont have enough time for the haircut. I found this extremely unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy to ask for rescheduling. Just fyi, my toddler got her haircut the same day and in less than 15 min elsewhere. Thank you.

The service was awesome. The aesthetician was professional and skillful. I was disappointed when the polish didn’t cure and 4 hours later the polish off by big toes rubbed off making the pedicure redundant. Very disappointed and a waste of money

Went to get color and highlights done showed the stylist what i wanted and didn't receive it. Wrong color and i can't even see my highlights. I definitely won't be going back to this place. I called to see if it could be redone and they said nope.

I only gave them one star because you have to. I had an appointment for 745 this evening. I was informed the hair dresser had called in sick that morning. They said they called me, but there was no message and their number wasn't in my call history. I had to arrange child care for this.There are tons of salons to choose from in this city. I won't be back.

My silver hair was ruined here by one stylist. I was devastated because it took years for me to find my perfect shade and get it that light.I wanted to give the head shoppe another chance since I have always heard good things.A month later, I went to a different stylist, Emily, and she made my hair feel healthier and I liked the outcome of my first root touch up and lighten with her, I’m excited to hopefully get back to my silver colour over a few sessions. Highly recommend going to her

I saw Vicki and she is the loveliest human, I loved every minute of my appointment and left feeling completely pampered. She is awesome at what she does. I’ve never had a shampoo experience like that in my life. Amazing!
