The store was packed with people. There was no apparent covid precautions seeing as the store was filled to the brim. I ordered an ice capp, a cold brew, and a water. The ice capp came with the ice and liquid separated; the cold brew had little ice and flavour; the water was an awkward lukewarm temperature.

This used to my favourite coffee place for years. However, the staffs recently are really rude. They did not care about the business. Just chat chit and ignore customers. When they service, they show very bad attitude, crumby.

Seemed like I should visit Tim Horton's at least once while in Canada. That's done. Liked the coffee. Donuts were ok. Friendly staff.

“Walked in” to only 3 workers and a lineup 20 mins long. Asked for extra cream cheese on the bagel which never got put on the order. When I received it, the bagel had next to nothing on it. Sent it back and she asked for my receipt. Then charged me an extra $1.05 for more cream cheese. The amount on the bagel this time was pitiful. Spewing out the sides and the hole up top, it was a literal dollop of cream cheese practically to the point the bagel was inedible. Ended up scraping 80% of it off & honestly I could have fed my entire family on 4 separate bagels with the sheer amount on this thing. Picture doesn’t do justice because there was a whole other half I didn’t photograph. Iced capp was also 90% ice, honey curlers looked like they had been stashed away under a couch cushion for a week. Never visit this location!

a very disappointing experience, cashiers were unwelcoming and couldn’t crack one smile. I did not receive my Timbits I ordered and had to stand in queue again to receive them. The store definitely needs a refresh of staff friendliness and customer service.
