First Response Cleaning

I must share our experience with First Response We had a serious mould problem in our basement. From the first visit with Ryan Sticklee we were amazed and very happy with his professionalism and demeanour. We had also contacted another company for quotes and information. Ryan blew this company away with his investigation, concerns and recommendations. After we started the remediation the whole team were so professional and considerate. They made sure we were not inconvenienced while they worked. We would like to give our thanks and accolades to Jamie Mcnight, Cory and Amanda. What a great team !

Jamie and his team had to spend two weeks cleaning one of our rental houses. Jamie and the team were great to work with, did what they promised, 8 bins later and the house is ready for the contractors to come in and start repairs. Thanks guys. You are on my call list should I ever need your services again.

Ryan and his team were excellent to work with. Ryan answered all our questions and concerns with great detail and always had time for us. We had tenants in the unit at the time and he worked directly with them to enter the unit and complete the work that was necessary. We discovered some asbestos in our 60 year old heating ducts that needed to be addressed before we could proceed with having them cleaned, and doing some renovations. They completed both the asbestos abatement and duct cleaning thoroughly and professionally. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service, from the initial inspection to subsequent testing results to final completion.I would recommend them with no hesitation to any of my neighbours facing a similar abatement requirement.

Ryan and his team were able to accommodate to meet time demands. They were professional and provided me with on going updates to the work that they were doing.Ryan was able to address my questions and concerns. Only part of the job was done as the team supposedly all got the stomach flu. My floors were still filthy and the second half of the job was never completed. The owner (Richard) would not return my calls or emails.

After covid and my MS flare up i lost control of my house cleaning and clutter. First Response as they mentioned to me numerous times we are here for YOU... And they were .My house never looked as good in the last 10 years...Fast, efficient and truly professional...#1 in my book...

I recently purchased a new home and while painting, we found mould behind the basement bathroom walls. I contacted a few companies but First Response was by far the most informative and helpful.I left a message and was contacted by Ryan almost immediately. I explained my situation and he took it very seriously. Came to the house that day to do an assessment. This was a Thursday. Even though they were busy, he assured me he would have someone in on Monday to start working. Team arrived at 9am Monday and was done by Wednesday. When I got to the house it was amazingly clean and you could tell the difference the work did. They provided multiple updates and were available for any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Matt and another gentleman (sorry forgot the name!) worked on the house and were very polite and professional. I knew the job was in good hands. Once the work was done, they sent samples to a lab for verification and provided me with the results. If I didn't feel confident in the work before (which I did) I was 1000% confident after receiving the results. Big thank you to Ryan and his team! I hope I never need Mould clean up again, but if I do, I'll be calling First Response! Thank you again!
