Élisabeth a planifié notre mariage et ce fût une journée mémorable! Elle et son équipe sont très peofessionnels et à l’écoute des (nombreux) besoins de leurs clients! Un grsnd merci à Mélodie qui était présente le jour J et qui s’est assuré que tout se déroule dans les plans: elle a travaillé très fort! Merci encore!

Terrible, Totally Disappointed, UnprofessionalThis person offers you a good sales pitch, convinces you she will do a turn key event with her team and in reality she is vindictive. She offered so much during our initial meeting and as our wedding day was closer everything turned out for the worst. Throughout our time working together for our wedding at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City , she offered many vendors and if your not willing to use them and look elsewhere on your own it becomes a problem. She cancelled many appointments last minute or was unprepared for our meeting on many occasions. I selected vendors and decorations and did so much on my own and this was an issue for her. She refused to do things that were on the contract. My soon to be husband had to interfere to make her comprehend that we had hired her and all parties had signed a contract which she had to fulfill. I would never recommend her to anyone. There were so many difficulties with her and back and forth emails of disagreement. She was very unprofessional and the day of our wedding it seemed like we did not have a wedding planner and so many things went wrong. Its so disappointing to invest so much effort, time and money on such a special day in our lives and have someone you hire and trust to make your dream into a reality completely sabotage you. There were candelabras I rented ; that were placed without their protect votive glass around the tall pillar candles purposely placed on the three main tables where my family (bride) was seated. I was so disgusted by Elisabeth Boudreau and would never recommend her to anyone!

Mon mari et moi nous sommes mariés le 29 février dernier au Château Frontenac et avons eu le plaisir de collaborer avec Élisabeth pour la planification de notre mariage, et ce, pendant deux ans, dont une année à partir de Toronto. Nous savions déjà que nous étions entre de bonnes mains étant donné toutes les belles recommandations à propos d’Élisabeth.Nous n’avons pas de mots pour dire à quel point nous sommes contents qu’Élisabeth ait été notre planificatrice de mariage. C’était la plus belle journée de notre vie, tout était parfait et elle a joué un rôle crucial pour que ce soit le cas. De la planification durant laquelle elle nous a donné des conseils judicieux pour que la journée se déroule parfaitement à l’exécution, tout a été sans accro. Nous n’aurions jamais vécu une aussi belle journée sans ses conseils et sa présence. Nos invités nous ont tous partagé à quel point ils ont été impressionnés par son professionnalisme et son expertise tout au long de la journée. Nous avons grandement apprécié sa patience, son support dans les choix difficiles qu’un mariage engendre, son écoute et surtout son honnêteté lorsque nous étions en train de prendre des décisions moins optimales pour le mariage. Notre mariage a tout simplement été magique grâce à Élisabeth.Nous recommandons à tous les couples d’avoir recours à une planificatrice pour leur mariage, car peu importe le budget, cette journée sera l’une des plus belles de votre vie et il est crucial de se référer à un expert pour prendre des décisions optimales. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elisabeth and Melodie throughout our wedding planning! The amount of detail, professionalism and overall quality that Elisabeth and her team put into their work as event planners is amazing. On the day of our wedding, Melodie was like our fairy god mother who managed EVERY aspect of the day - from the schedule, to the reception details, to the delivering of flowers, to managing any crisis that took place... we couldn't have felt more taken care of and really were able to just be present and enjoy the actual day, instead of stressing about anything. My husband and I are so grateful and appreciative for Elisabeth's amazing team, who truly made our wedding a fairytale that we just want to continue reliving :)You are very lucky if you have the opportunity to work with Elisabeth and Melodie! We can not say enough to show our gratitude to Elisabeth and Mélodie for all they did to help make our wedding day perfect. When planning our destination wedding for Old Québec we knew we needed someone to help coordinate all the details. We met via video chat with Elisabeth several times and then COVID hit. We were hopeful that since our wedding wasn't until 2021 we would be ok, but even with all our hopes and prayers, it was not meant to be. So, with the help of Elisabeth we started planning for August 6, 2022. Contacting the priest, picking a restaurants for dinner and our welcome lunch and a salon for our day of preparations. Mélodie become our main contact and she ran everything the day of the wedding, we could not have been happier. Finally able to get to Canada, we met with Mélodie to finalize many of the details. Our wedding day was perfect! I am a bit of a perfectionist so handing all the decorating and final details over was hard but I am so glad I did. Mélodie did the decorating EXACTLY the way I would have and her attention to detail that day was perfection. We even requested waters for the wedding guests last minute because it was so hot and she showed up to the church cold bottled water in hand. Thank you Mélodie and Elisabeth for everything you did and for making our day perfect!

Comme maquilleuse-coiffeuse, je travaille sur plusieurs mariages organisés par Élisabeth et sa collègue. C'est un plaisir à chaque fois d'entrer dans l'un de leurs événements. J'ai toutes les informations dont j'ai besoin, à l'avance, précises et à jour, ce qui me permet de me concentrer entièrement sur mon travail. La mariée est détendue et ne se fait jamais déranger. Élisabeth a l'amour de son métier et l'amour de ses clients. Ça se sent et c'est un privilège de la voir à l'oeuvre!

Nous nous sommes mariés au début juillet 2020 malgré les circonstances actuelles et Élisabeth nous a été d’une très grande aide.Nous avons travaillé pendant plus d’un an avec elle pour organiser notre journée rêvée. Vers la mi-mars, nous avons presque tout annulé pour tout réorganiser à la dernière minute à mesure que le déconfinement le permettait. Nous n’aurions pas pu y arriver sans Élisabeth! Elle nous a suivis dans notre folie de se marier en temps de pandémie et nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix. Cette journée a été la plus belle de notre vie!Élisabeth est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme hors pair. Son expérience et son organisation nous ont surtout impressionnés lors de la journée même, alors qu’elle pensait à tout et qu’elle avait avec elle tout ce dont nous avions besoin ou oublié d’apporter. Le jour de notre mariage s’est déroulé à la perfection et nous avions l’esprit tranquille grâce à Élisabeth.Nous tenons également à souligner son adjointe Audrey-Laurence qui nous a aidés la journée même en plus d’être allée promener notre chien qui était à l’hôtel en début de soirée.Nous recommandons fortement Élisabeth pour vous assister dans la planification de votre mariage, vous ne le regretterez pas!
