After paying Ralph just under $500 to do a front and back speaker install, the speakers are buzzing. Both the speakers and the wire were bought new and looked at before buying. After going back to Ralph to get ti fixed he fixed the front speakers but in the process of doing so made the back speakers start to buzz. After spending over $1100 on a speaker system i hear buzzing all day. Ralph was unaware of ground loop isolators and said that might be the issue but refuses to fix it. After bringing it back to him he said he was not happy with amount of time he spent on my vehicle and implied he was angry of the install and said it was not his problem. We had agreed on a price to get the speakers in and working and he has not fulfilled his part of the bargain. If i could back in time i would have 100% brought my business to andreas electronics i would advise against using Ralph i don't think he is up to date with some of the new technology and may need to consider retiring.

Reached out a day prior for a quote and got in the next day for a backup camera. No up selling. Got the camera plus the installation for half the price that I was quoted at, at nearby shops. Straight forward. Meticulous in his art and a humble person. Thank you Ralph.

I have nothing but praise for Ralf's ethic, work and finished product! I had originally set up a time with another installing company but was shocked at the cost. Decided to shop around. Found Finestkind, read the reviews, and went to check it out. Booked a time (week and a half later) and dropped off the truck. He'd planned about an hour but as it turned out, it took far more than that what with little issues (that I had likely instigated by running the backup camera wire myself to the deck-to-be). Final tally was far less than the competition. Had some good chuckles with Ralf and paid more than requested because I believe he gave stellar service above and beyond. Would return in a heartbeat.Altho some folks might have had (who hasn't from time to time dealing with humans merely being?) an issue with an installation, all I can say is my deck works like a charm, Ralf did a fantastic job and kept me informed when he ran into problems a couple of times (my fault each time), and was good about the whole thing. Fab work, Ralf! Thank you.

Was looking for an opinion an an inherent problem with the CD player on my 08 Mustang. After a few calls and queries I called Finestkind and Ralf was friendly and offered some excellent options. I was very comfortable to book an appointment and upon arrival I decided to have him install a Kenwood, which he had in stock, to replace the factory deck. Its awesome and his honest expertise was very evident. Was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I have taken many cars to Ralf as he has always provided great, quick and professional service. Every car I have had wired (for both dash cams and GPS) are done with perfection. You cannot notice where the wires are and no failures of equipment. Ralf has always been available and forthcoming and has extensive knowledge in the industry. After talking to numerous car audio companies in the area, I finally lucked out and came across Finestkind Installations in Kelowna. It was a pleasure talking with Ralph, the owner, and getting information from him on replacing the stereo in my 2006 Jeep Rubicon. He suggested a Clarion Bluetooth Stereo that gave me alot more options than my old stereo. He quoted me a price that was far below any other companies in the area, and it included the stereo, removal of my old unit, and installing the new unit. He said it should only take about 2 hours. He has been selling and installing electronics in vehicles and boats for 47 years, and it is obvious that he really knows his stuff, and he knows the importance of customer service. I booked and appointment, and he completed the installation in one and a half hours, and his workmanship was beautiful, and the final price was exactly as he originally quoted. Love the new stereo, love the installation workmanship, and it was awesome dealing with such a knowledgeable person, who also has such great customer satisfaction skills.

Ralf was really great! My vehicle didn’t give him the easiest time but he made it work and was a pleasure to chat with. Would recommend.
