I was responsible for finding a new billing program for my boss, a general surgeon. Was so happy to find clinicaid. It was easy to use right from the first day and was significantly better priced than previous program. Customer service has been top notch and the recent upgrades have made the program even better.Update - the service from clinicaid continues to be excellent. They are so prompt and helpful. Recommend this program 100%

I had to find new billing service when I changed my workplace. I dreaded it! But I found this service with easy to use software and was using it the first day I tried it. It is very straightforward and gives me a much clearer understanding of billing. The support has also been excellent. It has been very worthwhile learning the program and using it myself. And I know still there is more to the software that can help me in additional ways that I have not even explored yet.

Just started to use ClinicAid. The support team has been outstanding in responding to questions. I wish there was an easy way to migrate my existing data but I understand it is more an issue with my former billing program since their data file is not in .csv or Excel format. Still, all praises to the support team.

Great product, very intuitive. Lots of user friendly features you don't find in the OSCAR EMR billing module. Great billing product for all health care settings. All the physicians in our clinic have found it very easy to use and it makes our billing reconciliation at the end of each month very easy.

I am a psychiatrist and have been using this service for almost one year now. It is very user friendly with an easy learning curve. Intuitive inputting, easy access even on a smartphone, and great personalized tech support mean I can strongly recommend Clinicaid. Oh, and did I mention the price is very competitive without any compromise infunctionality

Coming from a long-standing paper submission to a first electronic submission to OHIP, it was important to be able to interface the spreadsheets used previously with ClinicAid. The support team made a few small changes that enabled this to work very well for me. I have found that they are very responsive to questions and issues. This is a very good tool at a very reasonable cost.

I have never done medical billing before and I find ClinicAid VERY user friendly. Their video tutorials were so helpful. Whenever I have a question I email it to their customer support and receive prompt answers. They have been so patient with my learning curve and have offered great support.

I am a home biller. I started using ClinicAid on January 1, 2020.My first batch was a little tough to do. My 2nd batch was a little better.Not much, but it was. 3rd batch, pretty good. 4th batch and onward, Awesome! This is by far the best billing program I have ever used over my 39 years of billing. When I have a question, I email Lucy. I get an answer every time. She has guided me through the learning process. Thanks to her, I got from TOUGH to AWESOME in a couple of days.
