I had the pleasure of dealing with Sorriya from the Burlington Mall location. She was given the Herculean task of; altering, stitching and modifying over 25 uniform garments and outerwear.This was all done quickly, professionally, before the agreed upon deadline with a level of attention and customer service I have not experienced in far too long.I couldn't possibly endorse Sorriya and her team with any more confidence or or enthusiasm as I am now.Thank you Sorriya, it was an absolute pleasure.

My son purchased a suit and the pants needed to be altered for an event the next day. We arrived at Stich it Clothing and were warmly met by Sorriya who sensed the urgency of the needed alterations. She was kind and ensured my son that she would have the pants altered in time for the prom. I received noticed a few hours later that they were done. What a relief and she was just so sweet to prioritize this for my son. Thank you.

Amani is amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute. I called the store 20 mins before closing just to ask about the cost of hemming pants. She said to come in and she will stay late tonight. We came in and she did the work right then and there. In less than an hour from my initial call to inquire, the work was done. She even steamed the pants. Amazing. And service with a smile too. Oh and also, very reasonable prices! We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for work to be done, this is the place to go!

For years I’ve had my pants hemmed at the Square one location. I decided this time to use this location as its close to my home. I was very disappointed in the work done. I asked to get a euro hem on my jeans and the lady said I don’t need to I decided to take her advice. As you can see from the pictures the hem is very thick nothing like the original and one pair of jeans the stitching doesn’t not match. Not to mention the stitching is not straight at all. I’m not sure how this location has such a high star rating when a simple hem couldn’t be completed properly. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I had asked my mom to stitch up a nice pair of dress pants, but for 'reasons', she brought them in to Stitch It instead. At the store she was helped by Amani who took the pants right over to a machine and fixed them on the spot and didn't charge for the repair. Great customer service, thanks Amani.
